QOTD: How many pair of gum/workout shoes do you have? I made myself walk away from a good clearance pair of New Balance the other day because I could just see my H's face if I brought them home! I may have a lot of gym shoes
The Good: I've been eating more veggies! I'm really bad about getting enough. I tend to eat more fruit than veg.
The Bad: I bought a half gallon of my favorite ice cream. I only eat a few spoonfuls at a time, but h won't help me eat it, which means I'm going to wind up eating the whole thing.
The Proud: nothing this week.
The Plan: I want to start doing yoga videos when I can't get a walk in. With all the snow lately I haven't been able to get out and I need to get more exercise.
QOTD: How many pair of gym/workout shoes do you have? I made myself walk away from a good clearance pair of New Balance the other day because I could just see my H's face if I brought them home! I may have a lot of gym shoes I have three, but only wear one pair anymore. One is for summer, so not the right time of year, and the other is a little too small and I have a messed up toe right now, so I can't wear them. I want to get another pair, though. The ones I wear all the time now are getting old.
The good: down 3 pounds this year so far The bad: I've discovered that if I eat chocolate about an hour after taking my anxiety medicine, the chocolate doesn't give me anxiety side effects... I've been making up for lost years without chocolate? The proud: meals are still good I suppose. Still not very active and I'm reluctant to take my bike (my only mode of transportation at the moment) anywhere so I've been reclusive. Not good. The plan: hopefully the store eventually if I can beg someone to take me. And then I can get salad stuff. Tons of leftover stew here since I'm just cooking for me lately. But food is boring me. So I'm eager to have it not be boring anynore!
Qotw: ok. Technically I have one pair of gym shoes. I love them. They are comfy and they are vibrant. But, I also have specific biking shoes that clip in that are also compatible with the spin bikes at the gym. And I have a pair of hiking shoes. I was also contemplating getting running shoes.
