+1 to obsessively weighing myself. I know weight fluctuates and only actually count it once a week. But I feel more accountable to myself if I'm on the scale daily.

Remember when I said I was t going to weigh myself until Sunday or Monday. Yeah I looked today.
Apparently I gained 3 pounds in 6 days which is impossible. I certainly did not eat 11,000 calories on top of what's needed to maintain. It's still frustrating though
Well, I got my 3 workouts in this week! Only 30 mins each day, but it's a start.
And it's been easier to get back into counting my calories that I thought- I definitely make smarter choices when I know I have to mark it down, if that makes sense

*sigh* up another pound. It doesn't make sense. I've never gained weight (now up 4 pounds in 8 days) when I'm make a conscience effort to eat less and move more. It's discouraging especially since I haven't eaten an extra 14,000 calories.
runningmommy519 that is definitely frustrating! Where are you in your cycle? I always gain a few pounds before my period. If timing is right it could just be water retention.

Ms AF showed up today. So that might explain things. That usually doesn't happen though.

I have not been active in this thread. Moving into the new apartment + MH traveling for work derailed me.
I packed my workout clothes and am planning on going to the Y after work and dropping Poppy off at the daycare tonight. Hopefully she can handle that. I need to get some miles in.
Worked out yesterday for about 20 minutes (just dancing with walt and a little yoga) and we took a 30 minute brisk walk with molly today (a little over 2 miles). So I'm keeping a little active. I don't know if I've lost the 5 pounds for the diet bet though.
At the gym now. Did 15 minutes on the elliptical (that burns) and am 10 minutes into 30 on the bike. Will probably do the treadmill and maybe quick circuit with my mom tomorrow.
Went to the gym once and will try to run today. I'm drinking more water which is helping with how I look. Work has been busy so it's been tough to fit it in, I go back and forth on jogging strollers all the time but if I had one, it would make running so much easier. If I'd actually use it. Pushing a giant stroller and baby while running sounds horrific!
I really need to sign up for a race to get my ass in gear.
2dumbdogs I'm not a runner by any means, but I love my jogging stroller. I got it because we go to lots of outside activities and wanted one to be able to handle rough ground. Mine handles wonderfully, though it is obviously some extra effort on hills.
