DH once sent me a dick pic while I was at a stop sign. His name flashed on my screen in the car and I looked over at my phone and saw the picture. I picked up my phone and stared at it for a good minute.
The fffc part is that I had to reply and ask him if that was his? In 8 years, we had never sent pictures and I would have bet that wasn't his. He was so offended and swore it was him.
I was a judgy McJudgyface this week. Someone on my FB posted a picture of their kids brand newly transitioned from crib to toddler bed, her kid is over 4! Ok i'm still judging keeping a kid in a crib that long.
I'd keep C in a crib for as long as I could. She has to give hers to the new babe but honestly, if she was 4 and still comfortable in it, DNW to change her.
I get anxious with the laundry thing because I know I'll be the one having to catch it up, and it'd be nearly impossible to do it. I'm all about prevention. Lol

We just transitioned to toddler bed because he was asking for it to be opened up. But I feel like by 4 we will be switching to a full size bed. I can't imagine a kid fitting in a toddler bed at 4, and my kid isn't tall.

yes, we just switched DS before christmas and i was originally thinking of keeping him in the crib until closer to 3. By just over 4 we'll be looking at getting a twin bed for him. He was in a twin at my ILs house over christmas and i actually loved that i could lay in bed with him to read stories.

I wasn't even embarrassed of my laundry mess. I'm proud it's not worse! Seriously with the limited time I have at home, I'm just glad the clothes are clean.

I was team keep the kid in the crib as long as possible. But they had other plans, DD1 climbed out at 18m, DD2 at 2yo. DD1 is 4yo, 90percentile in height and fits just fine in her toddler bed with room to grow. We have at least another year in it, maybe two. Would be great if they're old enough for bunk beds by the time she outgrows the toddler bed.
and at over 4 shouldn't the kid need to be getting out of bed to go potty? Maybe she still has him in nighttime diapers....
I think some people wait until 3.5 to PT, and then it takes a long time. There's a girl on the Oct board who's worried her son won't be PT for Kindergarten. He's normal functioning.
I feel like Eliza will be 5 before she's PT. I'm trying to talk it up so that she gets an interest. You can't go to xyz unless you're a big girl and PT.

3.5 seems normal but this kid is closer to 4.5, he'll be starting full time school in September
I'm thinking about getting J a twin sized bed this summer. I want one with storage which we need. But also, I need a comfy place to hang when we're playing in his room.

A twin with a trundle drawer would be a good idea. I had one when I was liytle, and was able to fit a lot of stuff in it.

I think she started at 4 and is still working on it. Some gets do it in a weekend and some take a year.

At 6 months post partum I have a ton of "new hair" that came in near my face. There is so my gray. But don't worry...fixed all of that mess today. ETA...if only it were as easy to hide fat as it is to fix gray.
I'm watching the inauguration and I can't believe that this was actually allowed to happen, like i can't believe i'm watching this and it's real life
Everyone I know is avoiding it and not giving him ratings even though he'll say it was the highest ratings since JFK.
i'm watching on the BBC from a different country so he won't get my ratings. I just got to the bit with the missouri state university choir and there was literally 1 person of colour, the rest of the group were white. I wonder how many of those kids refused to take part

As Dan Rather said, "President Trump now works for us - all of us. And if he forgets that, it will be our duty to remind him."
I'm choosing to not spend my energy on anger today. I remain hopeful. It's not easy, but I feel I owe it to my kids to be a part of the solution. I don't know what that looks like right now.
