Apparently another round of storms are headed our way and it's supposed to be worse than the one this morning. I guess we need to all get baths early and make sure our devices are charged up in case the power goes out.
I marched in Topeka today, there were about 4,000 of us. It was amazing!! I was surprised KS had such a large crowd, but I'm proud of us. I'm glad we could add to the millions of women marching worldwide!!
I just checked in on Col before my run because he once again was falling off his bed. I semi-woke him up. He sat up, says "actually, Jack didn't wash his hands before eating his pancake", laid back down, and went back to sleep.

GM. I hope those who are under the weather are starting to feel some relief. State of the boobs- today is more painful than yesterday but I *think* there is less hardness.
I just walked out into the living room and H told me she was watching "engine turtles" (ninja). Crazy toddler. I have to work again today and my throat is feeling a bit better.
Got back from a Dunkin' run not too long ago. We're having another lazy day--I got up with C around 7 and then went back to sleep til after 9. DH is currently napping. I don't know *what* we have but it's been brutal.
I'm currently watching a thing on truffles and now I want to go back to Italy and eat all the things. Also, someday when DH and I are of a 'mature' age, I want to do a Viking River Cruise, lol. Their commercials make it look pretty amazing.
LizInFL are you guys getting some yucky weather? I saw on the news it looked like you might be in the path of some bad weather and possible tornados?
Yes, some counties west of us, and just north in GA, have been under tornado warnings. I think there were a couple deaths and some damage looks like the worst of the storms have broken up so we are just expecting heavy rain and winds here on the coast.
It's so oddly nice out. We finished our shopping then spent about an hour playing in the backyard.
Chase slept 11 hours last night without a peep out of him. His congestion is already getting better, which should help his ears. Poor kid is supposed to be heavily medicated for another few nights. Good for sleep, but I hate doing it.
I've been driving for over 6 hours, two hours from home. I cannot wait to see my boys!
FFSC: Sometimes I would just love to get in my car and go on a road trip, just me. I don't really need a destination, I'll just leisurely drive for awhile in a giant circle and stay in a decent hotel to break up the trip. No need for diaper/potty breaks, I can listen to my music, not have to share my snacks or keep up a running convo with a chatty 3 y.o...
Sorry cagoldi. Is there a chance he is allergic to the rice cereal?
chrisy01 I laughed at the banning of helicopter mom. But it looks like a fun place for lessons
I am wondering about an allergy, yes, but starting to think maybe milk? We decided to lay off the rice cereal for about a week to let his system calm down.
