#1 goal carve out time to formulate firm plan for building our new facility and moving. Really everything else besides doing what I have to for business and fam needs to take a backseat to this. I need to keep reminding myself that this is priority 1. It's easy to get distracted by easier less stressful more fun things...

I had found it extremely hard to find time for even just walking what with the cold weather, kiddos, and work. My health has been suffering for it, so I got a walking desk. My goal is to spend at least 2 hours on it every day this week.
This week: Go to the gym once through the week and once on the weekend
This month: get moving on painting and building a closet organizer in the spare bedroom (that will eventually be DDs big girl room) We have the organizer kit, just haven't found the time to put it together.
In general: continue to do well with eating clean. My H has been on an elimination diet due to stomach issues. I don't have these issues but am joining him with the rules: no dairy/eggs, no gluten, no fried food, cut down on sugar and limit red meat. So far I have been able to talk him into quite a few vegan meals which is awesome. He has lost 10lbs (though he didn't have that much to lose anyway) and I have lost 5. We are planning well, grocery shopping properly and feeling great. Need this to continue.

This week my goal is to keep my cool, allow myself breaks, and make sure I work out three times. This month I should probably work on increasing the time I spend doing cardio work. Winter has made walking hard and I rarely go places just to walk. I also need to get back into Meal planning and allow myself some grace because I tend to want to cook complicated things. This is hard to do with three kids underfoot. This year. I need to come to terms with the fact dh wants to move and start working towards that goal.

This explains a lot...
I actually hadn't realized how much it would affect my step count. I mean, obviously I would get more steps in, but I kind of figured it would help me get to 10000 most days. Yesterday surprised me!
The last 3 weeks when I sat at daycare all morning with dd3 I was struggling to get 5000 steps in. I'm guessing when I go back to work in April that my counts will be very low on Tuesday and Thursday when I'm in the office and high on the other days when I'm at home and can use the walking desk.
So far the only goal I've kept up for this week is drinking more water. I haven't started the workout program, and I haven't kept up with keeping the house tidy. H being home really doesn't help.
I just downloaded an app to remind me to do things. And a meditation app, I'm going to see if it helps me sleep better.
