Thank you for the links, I was always having to search last time (you know, for the whole week and a half that I did it. ) I'm going to try really hard to keep up this time around. I have a goal and a beach trip I would like to look nice for!
Thanks for the tag @peachsmama, but I think I'm going to forgo Bbm this time. I've come to the realization that my body doesn't like high impact type of exercises right now. I still plan to exercise but not using these videos.

I would like to lose anywhere from 7-10%. I know that it is going to be hard and it is kind of high, but I know ultimately it is where I would like to be. I'm adding fitstar work outs back in and working on my diet as well.

I did the fit test yesterday and kept count, but I'll only do that the days of the fit tests, not on the rest of the days.
Today I'm feeling it in my thighs, but only going up and down stairs, so it isn't too bad....except that I keep having to go up and down the stairs today!

Never know just how out of shape you are until Day 2. Man I was breathing hard and sweating like crazy. I just have to remember, it's a step in the right direction and at least I'm trying.

ok, so I cheated. After Cadence went to bed I ate all the things. I should have just gone to bed too, but instead I went in the kitchen. Had mh been home, I wouldn't have snacked, but he wasn't, so I did. I really need to stop this habit.
I finally started today! I did day 3 and 2. I like the do the strength and then the cardio together. I have to say I'm not digging the echo of the room she's in. I found it a little distracting. I'm hoping as it goes on it will be less noticeable.

I feel good today. I think I prefer the cardio days to strength ones though. The sweating and heavy breathing make me feel like I'm accomplishing more. I do mine in the evenings before making dinner, so tonight will be another cardio day for me.

Whew, just finished 4, 5 and 6. She was driving me nuts, especially in 6. Loud kids, toys going off, her talking a ton... I should've muted her for sure.
Four is the same as six, right? I like her, but I get frustrated because she ( her production company) doesn't put the exercise name on the screen when it's time to do it, and she sometimes starts late, so I don't feel like I get the full 45 seconds in. I feel the same way about her cool down. It feels haphazard to me. I really shouldn't complain because she's getting me to work out. Anyway, I think I may screenshot the work out when she shows it in the beginning and then just use the interval timer for it.
I agree. I don't like how she's doing the Q & A during cool down, it's too distracting and she's not getting all the stretches in. She did this during some of the 5.0 and then stopped, here's hoping it doesn't continue.
