1) I gained five lbs while in Miami! For shame!
2) I want to lose those five lbs this week. Is that possible? Five lbs in seven days? Healthy eating starts today. Probably no working out this week though. My workout will be all the cleaning and picking up I need to do.
3) No idea? I know salad will be involved. Probably chicken breast to go with it.

Joining a week late...
1) still consistently loosing 1.5 lbs a week. Yay. 2) Goal for this week is another 1 lb 3) Dinner is tricky, I need to go to the grocery bad!
sstwinklinglites 5 lbs in one week is totally doable if you get back in the routine you had beforehand. Just not likely to have that next week is what I would think.

narbuckle01 nice job! I felt like I was losing weight so much easier while nursing. Now it feels impossible unless I'm starving myself.
ETA just saw that Blue Cocoon is doing a weight loss for nursing moms class but it's this Wednesday 130 pm thought I'd put it out there in case anyone was interested.

1. I haven't stepped on the scale in a few weeks. 2. Keep on truckin' with my tricep dip challenge and BBM workouts. 3. BLT baked potatoes with something.

Could we add a thread for our board that adds an exercise challenge each day and check in? I used to do one on my BMB over in the other place, but I did the full delete and I'm not really participating over there any longer. I think it helped me be more accountable for doing that as well as drinking my water and doing my other activities for the day.

Would anyone be interested?
Def. interested. Why don't you go ahead and start that up? I could use a little motivation and accountability.
