Oh she definitely faked it. Right now, I'm leaning towards this one being fake too. The belly just looks too photoshopped.
Why do we care?

Had my dr appointment today and they basically just said I have to KOKO and hope I don't throw up so much they have to admit me. So I'm sitting in bed eating candy because at least it tastes the same coming back up.

Fx for you for Monday, @helgahufflepuff! I had a similar first u/s experience with dd - it's annoying that OBs rely so much on lmp date even if you say you know you ovulated late. Not helpful to anxiety to have an u/s too early to see hb! Though at least there was something there, right? Yolk sac?
Wednesday I had a similar issue. I went in for an ultra sound and they only saw a yolk sac.
This after I told them I have 35 day cycles and odd periods so my timing might be off.
They did a second blood draw and my numbers are fine.
I'm rescheduled for Wednesday. Honestly, I find it odd they want me in so early. I have no history of miscarriage, no spotting, etc. My first pregnancy they waited until 8 weeks for me to even come in.
Sorry to hear that andtheheartbreakers . Did you at least get an US to see your baby?
They don't do them at the doctor's offices here, so I only got my dating scan last week, and then I'll get the anatomy scan, and then hopefully I won't need a billion more like I did last time!SaveSave
So I was thinking last week about how I couldn't grocery shop when I was pregnant with DD and how I was glad I could this time. Yeah, this week grocery shopping was hard....

I struggled so bad last trip I had to make. It all looked and sounded so unappealing the whole time. I kept eating Jolly Ranchers the entire time to help focus on something else!
Yeah, I made it ok today but I tried on Monday and it the smells were making me so nauseous we just got the bare minimums and got out.

Yeah I always end up with such random stuff when I'm pregnant. I sent H out today and my list was even kind of weird, but he was at least able to get essentials and plan a few meals.

I haven't actually had to venture into the grocery store lately (DH has been taking over that duty, thank goodness) but ohmygod I hate every refrigerator on this planet. I have to hold my breath when I open the one at home or either of the two at work.
I have such a tough time during 1st tri. I always start out eating uber healthy and then wind up eating ramen and drinking ginger ale. It sucks even more because I have diabetes and I can't go without eating or eat the wrong thing or my blood sugar will get too low or too high.
Yeah springbeduk both(?) sacs were there so that was good! I guess we'll just see how if everything is progressing at an appropriate rate. I'm fine if my due date is later honestly if that's all it is. My due date based on LMP is like 2 days before S2's birthday!
I slept! I didn't wake except to pee!!! We did a little CIO at bedtime and he sttn! No more putting him to bed completely asleep. That ruins his ability to sttn. So a little rocking and then he goes in his crib, a little drowsy but mostly wide awake.

I'm going to start seriously potty training DD. Today's the day. Have I mentioned how much I hate potty training??
We are in the middle of this too right now. I don't want to handle two in diapers. It is going super well at home, but daycare is a different story. I think there is too much fun stuff to do at daycare so he just has accident after accident. But yesterday, only two! Progress!

Yay for progress! I had two in diapers, it wasn't that bad. I figure if DD is going to preschool in the fall, I better start potty training. DS was so hard to potty train that he kind of scarred me. I'm hoping DD will be easier. She doesn't like a wet diaper so I'm hopeful she will catch on fast!

We have this problem too. He will stay dry all weekend and then show zero interest once the sitter comes or he is at DC. I think he is just more comfortable with DH and I. I am trying to give him some time to adjust and get used to it before we start pushing for it at DC too. He's not even 2 yet so we have some time but it would definitely be a pro if he was out of diapers before this LO arrives.
I had great success implementing the steps in the potty training book "oh crap." DD was Day trained in 5 days (including self-initiation) and night trained within 2 months. I plan to start PT DS2 at 18 months. I feel like he could be ready by then. I want to get the first initial phase over with before we move into our new house. I will deal with any regression that happens but that initial phase is not what I want on my brand new carpets.
leviosa, that's the book we used. It made SO much sense and my S2 figured it out right away. He did have some issues at DC the first week because they were still on "summer break" so they weren't watching him...but once he had one person he knew he could tell that he needed to go, that was it. He still totally soaks a pull up at night but I think the only way to fix that is to basically not give him anything to drink at dinner. I am not about to start adding any more wake ups to my night to make him pee.
