1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Not terribly but not great. The number on the scale hasn't progressed down and I missed a workout because of logistics.
2. What are your goals for this week? Workout three times. Start a plank challenge even if it's before bed each night. Be more mindful of food. Continue tracking.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Nope..
4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how to reward yourself? Typically they're clothing related goals. I do it either based on being consistent in workouts (3/week for a whole month) or pound related. I'm hoping to treat myself to a LLR Amelia dress in a couple weeks. I'd like to feel like I earned it.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? terrible another weekend of only eating twice a day and not drinking enough water. I really need to get this under control. 2. What are your goals for this week?Same, be better on the weekends at taking care of myself. 4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how to reward yourself?I don't. I'm great at encouraging others, but not so fabulous at rewarding myself.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Completed both my challenge groups' exercises for the week again!
2. What are your goals for this week? Keep up with both challenge groups. The 3rd BBM fit test/measurement check day is Tuesday so I'm excited/nervous. I feel like I made less visual changes to my body these past two weeks so not sure how the weight/inches check in will go, but hopefully I score higher numbers on everything in the fit test.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Saturday meant I completed 4 weeks of BBM, which meant I've been doing two little (but productive) workouts a day for a month straight! Today was the first day both challenge group's rest day landed on the same day so the first day I haven't done an organized workout since the beginning of January!
4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how to reward yourself? Not so much for hitting goals, but H and I have improved our evening snacking habits and save up for wine and popcorn Fridays when we can, which I think is becoming a fun night to look forward to relationship-wise as much as anything.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Bleh. I ate a lot of cookies because of the snowstorm & I only did one official workout, unless you count the two days of shoveling.
2. What are your goals for this week? Do something & eat healthy. Self motivate!
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts?
Why are cookies so good? Who thought it was a good idea to make DH cookies & then eat them all myself? Oh yeah, me.
Yay the Stepbet is over & I am a winner!!
4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how to reward yourself?
No, I just am happier with myself. I wouldn't even know what to reward myself with other than clothes that fit.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Not great... I wasn't feeling well last week and there was a lot of other stressful things happening that made me eat my feelings a day or two. I also didn't work out because of the above. The good news is the not feeling good also caused me to eat less in general, because I am another pound down, which doesn't bring me to pre-baby weight still, but this morning was the lowest number I've seen on the scale basically since I can remember, so that made me feel good.
2. What are your goals for this week? Get back it. Healthier lunch is packed and in the work fridge, and I'm hoping to get my step count back up, and on the elliptical again at least once or twice.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I really want to make some kind of treat for H and I tomorrow for Valentine's Day, but I don't want a pan of cookies/brownies/whatever laying around all week either.
4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how to reward yourself? I don't normally, though the one thing I did probably almost 10 years ago now when I lost about 30 pounds was make a bet with my dad about losing the weight. I won, he gave me I think a few hundred dollars to uphold his end, and I bought a ton of new clothes with it. Right now I'm still really motivated that the scale is reflecting the work of the last few weeks, and trying to remind myself that bathing suit season is coming.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Worked out 5 days plus 1 of the other two was a light workout.
2. What are your goals for this week? It is going to be harder for me to work out most of the week because it is another travel week for H. I am going to try to eat healthier lunches this week to make up for it.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Not at the moment.
4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how to reward yourself? Not really. The only real reward is a day off working out. But if I occasionally want to eat a treat, I generally don't limit myself.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I really want to make some kind of treat for H and I tomorrow for Valentine's Day, but I don't want a pan of cookies/brownies/whatever laying around all week either.
I made heart shaped vegan peanut butter fudge over the weekend to bring in to my coworkers, maybe that would work for you? It has sugar and honey, so it's not super good for you, but the protein in the peanut butter makes it not terribly unhealthy.
michyme123, my period starting last week was also an excuse for me. Chocolate is mandatory that week for me.
billyhorrible, I was thinking about making just a normal batch of Reese's blondies for H, having one each, and then bringing the rest to work. That is always a surefire way to disappear leftover baked goods! It just feels a little like a waste to make the batch when the intention is to only eat one or two, and this particular recipe doesn't work as well for me if I try to downsize it for whatever reason.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?
Meh. I've had better weeks. I had to miss a few workouts and did a lot of emotional/boredom eating. Once the kids are in bed I really have nothing to do so I snack.
2. What are your goals for this week?
Workout 4 days this week and STOP eating junk food all night long. The weather is supposed to be way nicer than it has been in weeks so I think that will help.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts?
I just did something totally out of my element and booked boudoir photos as an anniversary gift to DH. So that's a bit of incentive to start eating better.
4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how?
When I was working out for weight loss I used to buy myself a new workout clothing article every big goal I hit. Now my goals are fitness goals (like running races) so once I reach them, I set bigger goals. Bragging to DH is rewarding enough.

It's all perspective. I do the opposite, I "make a batch for work" then save one or two for home. So then it doesn't feel like a waste/way to get rid of leftovers, even though it's really the same thing.

Not even trying to go here this week because I pretty much said "Fuck it" and had an "old normal" week.. aka ate whatever whenever.
Side note, not totally random.. so I got the Mirena in September 16 and the last time I had a real period was November.. but Im pretty sure I still get "PMS" the week it would have come. Does that even make sense? Anyway, this week I felt and ate and craved exaclty like I was on my cycle and cant stop thinking that its some weird hormonal thing happening.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? J was having a lot of sleep issues the past few weeks and last week I had a really bad cold, so I fell off the wagon for a while there.
2. What are your goals for this week? 3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? (Mashing these two together) So I wasn't doing well at the Y, it wasn't enough structure for me, and the class times were ideal either. SO hadn't been using it because his chronic illness has been very bad the last 6 months. So we cancelled our membership there. I now joined a new place, for kickboxing and I'm in love with it. There are no class times and when you go you feel like you are basically working with a personal trainer. My goal for the first few weeks is to get there 3-4 times. They also have you wear a heart rate monitor, so I'd like to get to the 80-85% every time.
4. GTKY: Do you reward yourself for hitting goals? If so, how do you decide when/how to reward yourself? I made a reward chart(per my therapists recommendation) for something special after every 10 lbs I lose. I JUST hit my first goal this week and bought myself new workout shoes(which I needed desperately)!
