I also think I slept with my arm bent in a 90° position the other night and when I woke up, I could barely straighten it. Gosh when did I get so old that how I sleep can cause me so much pain the next day! Ha!
Day 32 done!! Last time I only used my 10s for the first exercise with the chair but today I used my 5s twice and 10s for the rest! So many of you went 10 last time you inspired me!
I got thrown off this week after spending two days down at the state house protesting the destruction of collective bargaining for public workers. I slept through my alarm on for fit test day so I did it yesterday. I went up in some things, down in others. Overall I was two reps lower than the last fit test but still 78 reps above the first fit test. I'll blame exhaustion and stress TYVM.
I just did day 31 and 32, I was sick yesterday I will not go into details (your welcome).
I finally replaced my Fitbit, I have to admit I am slightly disappointed in how little steps I get in during the cardio days. I was hoping the workouts would get me closer to my step goal.
Day 32 done, plus 4/5 abs (I pulled my left deltoid on the last ab exercise). I used 10 lb weights for all the exercises today. Which was maybe a mistake since I pulled the delt).

Well my toddler woke up at 545 and wouldn't go back to sleep. On the plus side that let me get my workout done early. All caught up! Days 32 and 33 done! That upper body workout is really a good one. The lower body workout is ok. The swimmers are weird and I need to get my bands out for those dumbbell hydrants bc I spend more time messing with the weights than doing the exercise.
One of my FB friends that is doing the challenge said she didn't care for the leg routine much either. I wonder if it'll change next week or not, since there was only 1 leg day this week.
After being verified as a winner in the BBM Diet Bet, I rolled down deep into a gully of binge eating, binge drinking and general debauchery. I am now climbing back out. I am all caught up - and had to do a double header today. One of my friends is coming over on Saturday and I mentioned BBM to her so we are going to do it together so she can check it out
Day 33 done! I found the square lunges too tedious for me to get a good rhythm going. Otherwise my 30 day challenge group this month is focused on butt/obliques so it was a lot of the same or variations of so I did some double time today I guess which is ok!
Done for the week! Turns out tabatas don't make me want to cry softly when I've had more than four hours of sleep. They still kicked my ass, but it was much more doable with adequate rest.
Oh and I realized today that I'm actually done my 30 day program! Finished the whole thing so I'm just going to jump in and join you ladies on BBM finally. What day are you guys starting on Monday??

I need to post my fit test later but I feel like I'm finally getting g somewhere. I put on my skinny jeans this morning and they don't hurt when they are buttoned. 🙂
