He calls me Galinda, random and don't ever remember how it started so many years ago. I call him bunny. Like honey bunny. He hates it which makes me like it a bit more. I think he loves it deep down 😜

Like in Wicked?
That's probably far more fitting but no. It had something to do with people calling me Melinda in high school, not even my name, and he turned it into galinda somehow. I am pretty witchy though so it works ha
I do the same - first name. Ds will call Dh his name. I would feel so uncomfortable calling Dh a pet name. I feel totally okay calling the kids little cute names.

We call each other a made up word, Deets, or a version of that like deetle pants, deedle dee etc. I know weird, I think I started but not sure. We have been together almost 10 years and I feel like we started doing this pretty early on.
We are boring. Usually just hon or honey. I use his name only in public or if he's not responding. I'll call him Daddy when DS asks for something and I don't feel like getting it, so I'll be like Daddy, can you get DS juice?
I call DS love or lovey. We both call DS Boogee. It started from a weird sound he used to make as a baby and then just morphed from there. It's at the point that DS refers to himself as Boogee too so we probably need to stop!
Occasionally I call him dear, but usually I just call DH by his nickname he goes by. If G hears me use his full name, she starts calling him Don Don. He usually calls me babe or baby.
G is: Greens, Greensie, Greenie, Green Beans, Beans, Beanie, Greenie Beanie and I call her Boobie
A is: Addie, Ads, mini DH, and I call her Addie Girl or Boogie
No sweet names for DH and I....he's not the most romantic and would probably die if I called him anything lovely and die quicker if I made him choose a name for me.
But the kids have gone by nicknames since birth and they are so natural to us but so odd when I type them...
DD1 - poops magoo (god knows where that comes from but at aged 9 she actually cried because I called her brother poops one night and she was really hurt as that's been her name since a baby!!
DS - P Diddy...his initials are PD and he's wee so diddy fits.
DD2 - Miss Mouse...because she's like a mouse and quite prim and proper like the mouse from a CBeebies programme.
DH and I call DD Cheese Bo. We joked around while pregnant that that's what we were going to name the baby so we still refer to her as that. Otherwise to her face I call her Olive, baby girl, princess O, or ya ya which is what her friends call her and some teachers at school since they couldn't pronounce it yet.
