What are your health and/or fitness goals? I'm still waiting to meet my first goal, which is pre-pregnamcy weight with D. I'm just hovering about 2 lbs. above it, which is very annoying. After I get there my second goal is to hit pre-preg weight from DS (another 10 lbs.).
What is your plan to accomplish your goals? I'm still working out 6 days a week, doing a combination of BBM 6.0 and Mommy Trainers. I'm no longer strictly following the MT meal plan but I am incorporating a lot of her meals throughout the week, because I just really like them!
What have you been successful with so far? I have not skipped a single workout since I got going on January 16th. I am really proud of that! Even though I am not losing as much weight as I would ideally like to, it is very obvious that I'm getting stronger. I'm no longer using modifications that I previously needed, and I've increased my weight for most strength exercises.
What part of your plan are you struggling with? I'm being less militant with my eating and it's probably the reason my weight loss has slowed. I'm trying to find a balance between meeting my goals and still being able to kick back and have a tiny bit of fun (a couple beers or a dessert) on the weekends with MH.

Mid week check-in! How is everyone doing this week?
I just finished days 25&26 of BBM while D napped. When she wakes up I'm going to take a walk down the street to get myself lunch and an iced coffee.
I hear the weather is super nice all around the continent (it certainly is here!) so at the very least let's get ourselves outside and get some air and Vitamin D!
Ran 1.5 miles, did 50 body weight squats, and what felt like exactly one million walking lunges.
Look at me all running and shit. I don't even know who I am anymore. But, M loves it and I'm willing to do just about anything to keep her happy.
Did you run with her? If yes, what did you use? I am not running with Lilah yet.
I did, with the infant carrier clicked into the stroller. Big no no according to the internet search, but she was upset while I was walking and when I went faster she calmed. I never felt out of control or like it was going to topple so I just kept going. So add that to the list of things I'm doing that I shouldn't be.

I've read that it is fine if they're in a jogging stroller, in the infant seat. I'm going to ask Lilah's dr about it at her 4 month. She's getting too heavy to carry for a 5k and I want to actually run, not just speed walk. No judgement here!!
