Anyone else need something and want a recommendation? Post away!
I need new pans. Anyone have something they love? I currently have Calphelon and they were fine, but I don't love them. I have a couple cast iron skillets but I don't use them for everyday things (because I hate hand washing stuff). I'd love something that can just be thrown in the dishwasher so I can be lazy.

Not dishwasher safe, but have you considered a Le Creuset Dutch oven? It's enameled cast iron, so it has all the benefits of a cast iron pan, and can go from stove to oven, but it's way easier to clean than cast iron because it's enameled. I use mine almost every day. You can find sales online often, or really good deals if you have a Le Creuset outlet near you.

emilie le creuset is the best...... and I'm a bad person, but I've been known to dishwash mine.
mrsrodgersaz we have nonstick (scanpan) which we never put in the dishwasher and calphalon stainless which can go in the dishwasher. Clearly, you just need C to be old enough to wash dishes.

Okay, DD is getting pretty big and I'm expecting she'll outgrow her infant carrier soon. At the very least she's getting too heavy for me to carry in it. She 6 months on Saturday. So give me your recommendation for a convertible car seat. The infant carrier we have is a Chicco, so I could go with the nextfit but I've also at Britax.

We have one of each (one for my car and one for MH's) and I like the Nextfit better. The Britax is ok (I think we have the advocate clicktight) but it seems a lot more bulky (it wouldn't fit in the car I drive) and it's harder for me to tighten the straps. The recline lever for the Britax is also in an awkward place and it makes it hard to adjust once the car seat is in the car. The Nextfit was a lot easier for me to get setup and fits nicely in my car with plenty of leg room remaining in the front seat.

mrsrodgersaz never too early! I like it for routine things, but I really use only 3 pans: my Dutch oven, frying pan (ok I use multiple sizes and a skillet, and one stainless saucepan. Had it for 6 years and it's holding up great.

I just installed the Gra.co 4.Ever and I'm in love with how easy it was. Everything is color coded, no rethreading harness straps, and the latch hooks just push in. Easy peasy!

mrsrodgersaz I second stainless steel. I have some All-Clad pieces that I LURVE. I use the braiser almost every day (between that and my Le Creuset, I barely use anything else). And they can go in the dishwasher cuz I love to be #lazy.

I have the Britax Advocate clicktight based on a recommendation by @ketchup and love it. Install is crazy easy and the crash ratings are phonomenal.

westiemom we had a local guy build us this and install it for $200. I found him on a fb mom page for our city when someone else posted about using him. I like it a lot more than one we had found on Amazon for $150. I figured since it's in our main living space and will be there for years it was worth the extra $ to me. Maybe see if there's someone local through nextdoor or fb that could do something similar for you if you are interested in that.
westiemom, we use safety first perfect fit gates. Mind you after 5y (we got them first for the dog) the bottom of the stairs one needs replacing. We do a hardware mount and have a 2x4 that is strapped to the banister post. So when we are done with them we will be able to remove it without damage to the bannister posts.
But I like turquoisequeen's much better for the aesthetics!

remylove1011 obviously we have no need for it yet, but the advocate is the one we will be using for the reasons mentioned by westie!

TTMA baby swimsuits and other swim items. We have a few events planned for this summer where we will bring the twins near pools or the beach. I also want to bring them to some baby swim classes (so I don't freak out about them being near water this summer)... they will be about a year old.
Should I get the rash guard suits with long sleeves that look like surfer outfits or regular ones? Should I get two-piece (easy access to diapers?) or one-piece so the shirt part doesn't ride up? Does anyone have any other favorite items, like a favorite brand of swim diapers? What else do I need? Thanks!

I like the rashguard ones with long sleeves for more sun protection and two piece for diaper checking and changing more easily. We do the iplay washable swim diapers. Even if you don't cloth diaper they would be easy to rinse out and hand wash and save $ on the disposable ones. Plus many swim class places require those since they work better. They aren't very expensive knowing you would use them all summer.

Last Summer I bought a two piece with a flowy torso to avoid the inevitable ride-up that comes with Ro's round, round belly. It worked really well, so hopefully I'll be able to find something similar for this summer!

Hey ladies! I'm looking for a pair of baby/toddler sunglasses for LO to wear in the car. Having a hard time finding any that have a strap or something so they might actually stay on. Thanks in advance!

I have a pair from BRU that look very much like goggles. They Velcro on. She hated them, but maybe you'll have better luck!

Where do y'all buy your swim suits? (For grown ups, not kiddos.) I need something nicer than target. But don't want to spend a fortune. Also, I have small boobs and a big butt so it has to be separates.

Jcrew but I wait for them to do a sale. They are separates and really well made.

Oh my word they have some cute suits! But the price... eek! The one I want would be 272 for a bikini. Nope nope nope.
