1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? At this point I feel like I'm purposely self -sabotaging myself because I just can't get it together on the weekends. I'm fine with the exercising, and yesterday I actually ate 3 meals, but I carried a bottle of water around with me all day and still didn't drink anything until 2pm.
2. What are your goals for this week? more water on the weekends
4. GTKY: What about healthy living comes easiest to you? Hardest? The easiest is making good food choices. I don't have a sweet tooth and I cook 99% of our meals so I don't eat a lot of processed foods. The hardest is making time for myself - hence my weekend dilemma. I'm so busy running around for everyone that I don't always take the time to make sure in taken care of. Which cuts against my eating, drinking, exercising. (And why I get up at 4:30 on the weekends to run)
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I crushed it this week. And it felt so good.
2. What are your goals for this week? Crush it, again. Add more dedicated core work.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I crushed it. All. And had the best chocolate cake last night at dinner. I worked hard all week so I could enjoy that cake; totally worth it.
4. GTKY: What about healthy living comes easiest to you? Hardest? When I have set times for working out then fitting it in and getting it done is easiest. The food thing is hard because it's every day, all day. I have a sweet tooth and am a super emotional eater.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Better than the week before when I gained. The gained weight came off, so now I'm back to where I was two weeks ago.
2. What are your goals for this week? Try to keep improving. Last week I limited myself to one cheat day, and that worked out well for me being able to keep things under control the other days food-wise, so I'll probably aim for that again. I think I'm going to look into yoga again, and/or try to convince H he will need to take over bedtime once a week so I can start taking classes again, because maybe that will motivate me again? I hate exercising - yoga was one thing I found pre-pregnancy that I actually enjoyed.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I'm getting to the point where I feel stuck. I always do this when I try to lose weight - do really great for a few weeks, then I lose steam. We're going to an indoor water park in March, so I'm trying to keep my focus on that and use that as a goal to drop another 5 lbs by then (not much over four weeks, but it makes it feel more manageable, and hopefully I'll actually do it).
4. GTKY: What about healthy living comes easiest to you? Hardest? Nothing comes easy. I have a sweet tooth and I HATE most forms of exercise. In general though, we cook a lot, and tend to eat pretty healthfully, so that's probably the easiest part - I don't really have to modify our weekly meal plan much when we're trying to be healthy. And drinking water, I drink water by the bucket, especially during the work week.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Worked out 4-5X a week, I think? Girl scout cookies are in full force at my house though so it has been hard limiting myself in that regard.
2. What are your goals for this week? Ash Wednesday is this week, so I have been thinking about finally pulling the trigger on going on a more formal diet in honor of Lent. I am only 5 lbs away from my goal weight but my weight has been pretty stable for awhile, so maybe this could get me a little closer.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? See above and below for rants.
4. GTKY: What about healthy living comes easiest to you? Hardest? Working out after work hasn't been as bad as I thought it was going to be, but the key is to try to get home before H and the kids so I can get most of it done before they get home. Getting myself back to eating healthier has been the hardest. At work I get so hungry, I want to eat everything, and being on an empty stomach distracts me from getting stuff accomplished.

1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I made my lunch 4/5 days during the week, but still had a couple of drive thru visits. Baby steps. Water was good during the week, but crap on the weekend, as usual.
2. What are your goals for this week? Try to keep my step count and water intake up. Being off from work makes that a lot harder for me.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Even though I'm up a pound this week, I had to wear a belt with my jeans all weekend so they would stay up.
4. GTKY: What about healthy living comes easiest to you? Hardest? Easiest is probably getting steps and water in at work. Hardest is avoiding eating out and sweets.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I finished my local group's February 30 day challenge today, making that two months in a row! Despite catching a cold last Thursday, I felt it coming on and doubled up one of my group's exercises the first day I felt off so it was easier to keep up with both groups while sick instead of having to catch up on too much. I was pretty proud of myself-that was a new mindset for me. It helps that I didn't get super sick, but I did have one day I just needed to sleep or lay down most of the day and I didn't stress about my days since I had worked enough to get ahead before that happened.
2. What are your goals for this week? Start my March challenge on Wednesday, and it's also the BBM 45 day check in and fit test on Wednesday! Lol, I also have a mom and tot yoga scheduled for Wednesday. Big day. I feel like I made bigger physical changes these last two weeks than the two before that, so I'm excited/nervous to see.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? Mostly just happy/thankful H was off last week, it helped a lot with getting sick but also not falling off the wagon. I will AW for H that he weighed himself for the first time in 5 weeks over the weekend and he lost 14 pounds!
4. GTKY: What about healthy living comes easiest to you? Hardest?
Currently, I'm in the zone and just thinking about that. Getting started was the hardest part, I always had an excuse. But now I kind of look forward and schedule around when I want to workout. And fixing my snacking schedule and foods was a big change. But we are doing much better with healthy choices at the grocery store and the temptations aren't really in our house anymore. I do think that while I've cut back a lot of bad stuff, I need to still be putting in more of the good stuff.
