How's it going, ladies? Anyone else struggling to get back to pre-preg weight?
With my other babies I always said 9 months on/9 montha off, and was always able to bounce back in that time. Not sure if it's because I'm an old lady now (36) or if my body is sick of doing this every few years, but I am struggling with this last ten pounds. Three weeks ago I had DH draw me up a workout plan. I don't think I'll be able to lose it through diet alone anymore.

I've lost the weight from R's pregnancy but I'm still battling with the weight from the pregnancy before. I gained a lot of weight that time (50+ lbs!) and then getting pregnant again so quickly I never lost the majority of the weight.
I've been trying to diet but the scale never seems to budge. I really need to crack down and start tracking what I eat and start some type of exercise program.
I don't think this is pregnancy weight. I lost most of that during maternity leave. What I'm struggling with now is the too busy, sleep deprived, no time to work out, terrible diet of a working mom with two kids. I have about ten pounds I'd really like to lose. I either need to change my diet or find time to workout.
Or accept that this is where I am right now and deal with it.
Omg this is me. I've actually put on weight that I had lost early on, and then some. I have about 10 pounds to pre pregnancy but I'd actually like to lose about 40 total. I just signed up for weight watchers and it's going good so far!
I've been making progress these past couple of months. The weight has been coming off slowly but surely. I'm about 5-6 lbs away from my goal. I've been exercising about 4 days a week and trying to reduce sugar. I am taking supplements that have been helping with the energy and sugar cravings. The this 3rd time has definitely been the hardest to shed the extra weight!
