So the last 3 nights my 3.5yr old daughter has been saying thunder is scary and coming into our bed. We've tried taking her back and laying with her for a bit but she just comes back.
How do we stop this now? I'm afraid that night #4 of this is getting to be a bad habit DH and I don't want to continue.
I would just keep taking her back to bed every single time. I'd also talk with her during daylight hours about how she needs to sleep in her own bed, that you're always there if she's scared, but everyone sleeps in their own beds, etc.

I would venture this has more to do with adjusting to the babies' arrival than anything. I've heard from so many people that their older kids suddenly tried sneaking in their beds when the new baby came home.
