Speaking of maternity suits, where's a good place to buy one? Motherhood Maternity? DD was born in June, so I didn't need a swimming suit last time. Since I don't wear bakinis anyway, I'm looking for a one-piece.

I think I got mine at Target. I have a tankini. Motherhood would be a good place too though.

I have a maternity one piece from motherhood that's super comfortable. Now I just need to find it...somehow a box of some off season stuff got lost when we moved and I haven't been able to find it. It had dd's winter coat in it and all of my summer maternity wear (which wasn't much, but still).

I just got a suit from old navy maternity. It was40% off so only like $20, here's hoping it fits!! Target had a lot of options too, especially for tankinis.
TTC since July 2014. CP March 2015. IVF #1 March 2016, 5R, 3M, 2F with ICSI. Transferred 2 on day 3. CP. Surprise BFP and then CP August 2016 (prep cycle for IVF). IVF #2: zero eggs retrieved IVF #3: 6R, 5M, 5F, 3 (2 8A and 1 11A) transferred, one "B" graded embryo frozen on day 5. BFP (at home 7dp3dt, confirmed 14dp3dt with 1552 beta) and U/S at 5w5d, 2 sacs and 2 yolks!
I love using my crock pot for meals. However, I have decided that it is torture while pregnant. It just smells so good and it is so hard to smell it all day long!!!!!
DD has made a 180 in PT in the past 24 hours. We went from screaming and crying over using the potty to her telling us she has to go. Granted, she said she had to go...went a little said she was done then had an accident 10 min later. Progress though...progress. I have no idea why the 180 but I'll take the dramatic change. Here's to hoping for more successes tomorrow!
I have been feeling terrible this week...much worse than any other time in this pregnancy.
Super nauseous in the evenings, to the point where I can't even think about eating after like 3pm.
It's interesting, because looking back this is probably around the same time I felt the worst with DD. I didn't know I was pregnant with her until almost 9 weeks, and remember feeling bad soon thereafter.
Week 11 was my worst. As soon as I hit week 12, I started feeling better. Not 100%, but I wasn't vomiting 3x/day! I hope you feel better soon. Do you have meds? Diclegis + zofran worked best for me.
We are vacationing in Florida at the beginning of May - I will be 23 weeks. I have a number of bikinis I could wear, but I am not sure how confident I will be feeling. What's your preference between a bikini or maternity bathing suit when pregnant?
I don't bikini, but I will say that I found maternity bathing suits to be very roomy. I'm afraid at 23 weeks, you might not fill them out enough. It's hard because you generally have to order these things online. You will be showing enough by then to be clearly pregnant and not sporting a beer gut, so I'd rock the bikini if you can! I'd just make sure your tops fit over your pregnancy boobs!

I'm so ready for this baby to start punching and kicking me as hard as he can...my anxiety is killing me. I feel like I feel flutters a lot, but feel like it should be getting harder. Dd was a very active baby though and I was feeling her a lot already by now, which I know is a little abnormal too.

I think it's cool some of you are feeling baby already! So exciting. I haven't felt those first flutters yet. Every time I think I'm feeling them, it turns out to be gas bubbles 😂
I remember last time when I told my doc I was feeling baby, he said it was a bit early for a FTM, but it definitely was DD. I can't remember how far along I was, though. She was super active all throughout my pregnancy (and she still is, OMG that girl never stops moving). One of my favorite parts of pregnancy is feeling baby.... so I can't wait to start feeling this one!

That is good advice. Our first beach trip I'll be 22 weeks. Maybe just a larger top? Or tankini?
On that note, last night I told my DH that I plan on going to the pool often this summer, and just placing my chair in the baby pool. I'm terrified this summer is going to be brutal. End of Sept baby was not the smartest in terms of being comfortable...

I have done both. I prefer to wear a maternity suit now but only because I have decided to be more modest in my attire since my DD is older. I rocked a bikini when I was pregnant with L though. It's just whatever you will be comfy in. Maybe take both so you can switch if you aren't comfortable in the bikini.
caybeh, progress always feels great in the PT arena!
mambo, I just bought too much lularoe from my SIL. She had me try on everything she got in her initial inventory. I absolutely love the Irma! Although, I went down several sizes even for it to fit with my belly.
laurenash323, my DD would kick me really hard too. It looked like an alien trying to escape. Then with DS2, he had his back to the front of my belly and I mostly felt pressure and it was nothing like my DD. I'm hoping this pregnancy will be more like my DD with big kicks and rolls.
My grandmother passed away yesterday. So we are driving across the country for the funeral. I haven't really cried yet which makes me feel weird but I thinks it is because it hasn't become real for me yet.

So sorry for your loss, but so amazing that you still had your grandmother and that you're able to spend time with your family during this difficult time.

leviosa so sorry for your loss. Drive safely and enjoy the time with your family celebrating your grandma's life.
@everyone - thanks for the bathing suit input! I will try on the bikini tops this evening and see how things look. I am pretty sure I bought at least one of them while I was breastfeeding, so I should be ok. Granted my butt has expanded a bit too though.....
laurenash323 I am the same way! A few flutters each day but I really want the assurance of some kicks to the bladder or a heel in my ribcage! (be careful what you wish for haha)

I'm dying to feel movement!! I thought I might have felt a couple days ago but it was probably just gas. This long break btw appts is wearing on my nerves. I need a little reassurance...

littleb92 I told MH he needs to get me a baby pool. We have no central a/c and August here can be brutal. Or I'll just live in our bedroom or the basement, two places we have a/c units. It's gonna be rough there at the end!
