Tonight whole wheat pizza wIth veggies. Monday marinated skirt steak, roasted potatoes and steamed broccoli/carrot mix. Tuesday shrimp fettuccini and salad. Wednesday Tacos. Thats all I've got. Just hit the grocery store before snow maggeden this week though so we are stocked up
Tonight: one pan Chicken and veggies with rice pilaf
Tomorrow: something with ground turkey, maybe chili? I think I have everything else for it, otherwise we just cook it up and throw in veggies
Tuesday: potato and corn chowder
Wed: homemade pizza
Thursday/Friday: leftovers or pick up something
I also bought stuff to make hash brown waffles and bacon since we will be getting snowed in and I like a nice breakfast when it snows. If we are stuck 2 days then maybe crepes on day 2.
Sunday: Maple Dijon slow cooker pork crops, baked potatoes, and broccoli. -- This sucked so we got chipotle Monday: steak and cheese and spicy mayo sauce Tuesday: left overs Wednesday: one pot vegan enchilada pasta Thursday: left overs Friday: our favorite taco place has these delicious corned beef tacos that we will pickup for St. Patrick's Day!
lrmrtn I hip not, but I heard it won't wrap up until Wed morning. So depending on how well they do cleaning up I might stay home Wed as well. I can't stand snow traffic.
Forgot about St Paddy's day. Guess I need to rethink Friday. DH doesn't like corned beef so maybe lamb stew. Need to get the ingredients for Irish soda bread as well.

I wouldn't mind staying home another day if DC is open. We are supposed to get more here on the coast than by work and they're not great at plowing so it's a possibility.
Sunday-unstuffed cabbage rolls M-Burgers with tatertots and green beans W-white enchilada pasta Th.-friends bringing dinner and meeting baby F-Pizza or leftovers S-?, picking up my mom at the airport. She's here to help with new baby and DD1. Yay!
I have been having fun having DD1 help me cook. She's loving it!
And spinach grilled cheese sounds good. How do you guys make it?
Sometimes I just chop up some spinach and lay it between the cheese slices and grill, sometimes I add pesto with it because J is crazy for pesto so it's easy to hide extra veggies in it.
