flyinghorses6 The pedi sounds incompetent. Why would they even x-ray the leg not knowing for sure if it's the problem leg?? Sorry your money and time was wasted. Hope allergies calm down for lo musicallyinclined. Sounds miserable 😕
We started our day with a car seat blowout, which was extra fun! After some car seat cleanup and a bath I was actually very productive. We opened Poppy a savings account, went to target and got some sized up diapers, I did my workout, and I showered and blow dried my hair. I'm impressed with myself.

This photo is making me LOL. I was wearing S and she was making feeding cues and trying to latch on through my shirt, so I took her out and put her down for a moment while getting the nursing pillow around my waist. She instantly passed out.
I'm not sure what is up with the hole in her sleeper but it lets me check the indicator strip on her diaper. I'm not complaining.

flyinghorses6 with your insurance do you need a referral to an orthopedic doc or can you self refer? If it continues maybe that's an option? Sorry your pediatrician was so useless.

Well, MH left at 3, and our playdate left at 3:30. Since then J has eaten dinner, entertained C while I pumped, and cleaned her playroom. I feel like I'm doing something right if my almost 4YO can do all this and put her own movie on tv AND get her ice cream out of the fridge. Oh, and clean up her dirty dishes. Win! FX tubby time goes smoothly, too.
Meanwhile, C is all off schedule because of our playdate guest. FX I can correct this with a smaller feeding...
Also, MH had to dig his car out of icr because he ignored me yesterday when I said we should shovel before the rain started and froze. #karma

I'll have to get a referral
Ugh what a pain. Maybe if you hassle your pedi enough they'll give you one...

So DS's 4 week appointment revealed he's just over 12lbs. He's at the length limit for his 3 month jammies and fills the shoulders out now. The footies are too small. We'll have to switch to 3-6 month and possibly still go for footless pj's only. This kid is a beast.
DH brought home all of his barrack boxes tonight to start packing for deployment. Very sad, so I packed up the littles and went for a walk (DD1 had 1 on 1 time with MIL today). It's beautiful here. I can't believe how mild it is. My family got like 75cms of snow and it's like spring here. Crazy.
It was DS's first stroller walk and DD2s first sidewalk walk without a stroller. We practiced on our quiet dead end street. She was so good though and didn't stray from the sidewalk at all. I figured I'd be diving to catch her from wandering into the road. She was really proud of herself.

Ack! The power has turned off and back on a minute later twice in the last hour. This could be an interesting night. H may be waking up in the motn to turn the generator on...
And also, my little baby hated her car ride tonight. It was sad. Thankfully she fell asleep 15 minutes into our drive. She rejected all comfort and cried her little heart out beforehand, though. Sad kiddo.

flyinghorses6 I would try to see a physical therapist. They would be much more trained for assessment and figure out if it's hip, knee, ankle, ect vs your pedi. Your pedi should be able to give you a referral for one too.

Sorry for the post and run earlier. Itchy pissed two year old took up most of my day. I can't believe all the snow some of y'all are getting. It's in the low 50°s here and people are losing their damn minds. Hilarious.
