1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?ok. I missed a day running because I left my shoes at home. And I wanted to get some more miles in yesterday, but I only had time for a little over nine before I had to get home for LBB's baseball game.
2. What are your goals for this week? make it through my half injury free.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I'm not sure if it's going to be available after today, but as part of my run yesterday I did a virtual 10k put on by the British Science Association called "Run the Solar System." It was so cool, or maybe just cool if you're a science nerd. Basically every 500-1500km they would tell you what planet you were passing and all about that planet. They played clips from the trip to the moon and the landing of the Mscars rover.
[B [4. GTKY: Do you prefer to exercise inside or outside? outside for running, inside for strength training where I probably look ridiculous. (I probably look ridiculous running too, but I'm less self conscious about it.)

I feel happy, and kept up with both challenge groups, which included the 60 day fit test for BBM.
2. What are your goals for this week?
Keep up both challenges. I feel like my answer here is sonpredictabke haha, but having two daily check in challenge groups is just such a great way to keep me going.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? No change in weight or inches since the 45 day check in. But I compared a pic from early January (sorry this is super AWy to anyone following the BBM thread because I posted it there too. I need the accountibility though). It felt good to see a change and was a good reminder the numbers mean so little.
4. GTKY: Do you prefer to exercise inside or outside?
Depends. I'm an outside person. Love going for walks, playing, outdoor sports. But since the challenges are what's pushing me harder right now, I am happy doing them in the comfort of my basement lol.

I had good intentions. I ended up with a few super late nights again, which threw everything off.

Getting back on track with making sure lunches are prepped so I can grab and go, and increasing water since that's been low lately.

Depends on what I'm doing. Walking and biking, outside. Anything else inside, but I haven't been doing much. I need to get a set daily routine figured out, but right now it won't be until after I start my new position at work in a few weeks.
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Not terribly. I'm accepting my fate that going on the elliptical isn't a viable workout for me at this point. I hate it, and have zero motivation to do it, especially now that we're prepping for our FET. It only happened once last week, and I'm pretty sure this week with our painting/travel plans it won't at all. Now that the weather is nicer, I'm going to push myself to go for more walks - got a nice one in with the dog yesterday! And eating is still a daily challenge for me, but I really have been making better choices overall. I know it's not much, but I'm really happy with the seven pounds I've dropped since January, and if this is my starting weight for a new pregnancy - I'd take it (though if I manage to drop one or two more still - even better!)
2. What are your goals for this week? Walk outside more, and up my overall steps for the week over last. Do my best not to go completely out of control when we're off routine the second half of this week.

I guess see the first question - as our FET gets closer and closer (testing next week, and hopefully injections start when all comes back good!), I'm less motivated to keep up with the traditional exercise that I've been doing since I know our RE won't let me do that post-transfer. So I'm going to try and focus more on just eating healthfully and being more active in general.
4. GTKY: Do you prefer to exercise inside or outside? Outside. I hate being cooped up indoors. I am so happy it looks like our weather is starting to turn for spring this week!
1. Last week was the worst week ive had in a while, with weather issues and solo parenting. They let H come home this past weekend though so i got at least 2 full workouts in.
2. I should be able to at least have a full workout today since Im home with a sick LO. Hoping to be able to fit at least partial workouts in for the remainder of the week but not sure of the prospects yet because when its just me and the kids we get home sooo late.
3. Most of my weight loss looks like it has been in my chest, annoying but i know im losing elsewhere too it just isnt as obvious.
4. Inside because I dont live in a neighborhood that is good for outdoor exercise and dont want to drive to a park
1. How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I lifted 3 times last week and started focusing more on form than on the amount of weight I'm lifting. Choices were not terrible but not great. I definitely ate emotionally a couple times when upset about everything with O's arm.
2. What are your goals for this week? Work out 3 times, start adding another day with some kind of movement in. Hopefully get outside for a family walk or something. Be more in control of what goes into my mouth.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? I'm off BC and am curious if that will make weight come off faster.
