I'm up. My biggest issue is that ds likes to doze off all.the.time. while feeding. He's usually pretty chill which I'd awesome (and I know I'm lucky), but while feeding is a little bit of a pain.
I'm up, but only because my toddler likes to wake up and whine just long enough for me to wake up, get out of bed and pee then start to walk to her room before she goes back to sleep. Then pregsomnia hits and here I am.
Fx all babies go right back to sleep and give you all some rest!
I keep hearing about this Rock n Play- do you let them sleep in it? Does it help them settle?
I've been dealing with reflux for a couple weeks and just went to the doctor's to check it out. We are trying to burp him after ever 10ml at each feed for the next week to see if it improves. If not, we will have to see pedi to get some meds for him. So far today the constant burping has helped a bit.

The worst!! I hope you fall back asleep soon.
I totally shouldn't be complaining about a waking toddler because I know it's nothing compared to being up all night with a newborn, but all I can think is "omg kid plllllease sleep, I have to be up all night every night so soon, I just want my sleep now!" My thoughts are with all you ladies who can't get a break! I'm sure I'll be all over the motn threads as soon as this baby decides to make her appearance
I'm here...I'm pumping and H is feeding the baby. I'm hoping after she eats, I can sleep until about 6 am. Thus far, tonight hasn't been a night for solid blocks of sleep. 😴

Both of mine have slept in one and it does help. DD is currently asleep in her auto RnP.
Brian is awake for his MOTN feeding. He thinks he's done and can fall asleep but I know better. He usually feeds on both sides, sleeps for half an hour, and feeds again.
The pedi gave him some ointment for his eye and Ive only put it on twice, already most of the goop is gone and it looks much better.
We're up here but it's only 11pm. I'm hoping we'll get a long first stretch tonight but DD slept most of the day away so it might be a long night. We use the rock and play too and she does much better in it than the co-sleeper.
I woke up like 20 minutes ago feeling like shit. I'm wondering if this means anything? Now in running through the list of things in the house that need to be cleaned before someone else comes over to watch dd1.
Someone shared this on my fb a while back, and I thought some of you dealing with MOTN might find it interesting:
"My daughters sleeping patterns for the first 4 months of her life. One continuous spiral starting on the inside when she was born, each revolution representing a single day. Midnight at the top (24 hour clock)." --spoiler because the pic is big
How does my husband not hear the baby monitor? It's on full blast less than 2 feet from his head.
Are we married to the same person?? My H started taking the monitor on his side of the bed recently b/c I was waking up to every movement and getting zero sleep. Well, it turned into me still waking up first when DD1 woke up and then just having the walk around to his side to mute it before going to take care of her anyways. So monitor is back on my side of the bed. I wish I could sleep like my husband!
kaits8 I feel you. During the day, it's hard to nap when baby naps because during the day he is a noisy sleeper, and every nose, getting, whimper, etc. wakes me. Luckily h is still home on leave, so he can watch baby while I nap elsewhere, but it's going to be hard when H goes back to work.
mikaela20 DD likes her Rock N Play and sleeps pretty solidly in there. We use it during the day for naps on the main floor of the house. We just have the regular one.
