We love the water table when it's warm enough. Also sidewalk chalk, bubbles, and riding the tricycle for at the house activities.
Out of the house stuff I suppose would depend on your city. DD loves to ride in the stroller while I walk/run. I also follow my local moms group on FB to see what things are coming to our town that we could go to.
We also love all the water activities, but it'll be June before I get that stuff out.
I did just make reservations for Easter bunny brunch. It's at the Wegman's Pub, and I'm planning on a cocktail. And I've already picked out what I'm eating.
We have a water table that got a lot of love last year. We use the kiddie pool sometimes too. We don't have a yard and our house only has a brick patio so options are limited. We do live within walking distance to the beach and we go there a lot or drive to other area beaches. We also like takingthe kids to the local vineyard, which sounds weird but it's a great spot to run around. We also belong to a small local aquarium that DD1 loves.

Our spring activities are really spring/summer activities since it becomse warm enough to be spring pretty much in the same week summer hits.
We take a lot of walks: into town, to the beach, to feed the ducks and seagulls, farmer's market, splashpad, outdoor antique fairs, art fairs, etc. The park is literally across the street and down the block, so we do that nearly daily. I'd like to get some gardening done this year and I think G will be at a good age for helping.
Sadly, Easter is almost always still too cold for being outdoors for long so no real plans there. We do an egg hunt in the house.
Oh, Home Depot! Ours has free kids workshops on the first Saturday morning of the month. No registration or anything. The project comes in a kit, and they're super easy to do. The kids get an apron to bring each time and they get a pin each time they come. DS loves them! They're free and take up some time on Saturday mornings.
