I go on vacation and TB blows up. (An intro)

I guess I go here now. Hai. I'm AllyCat, formerly Ally1986/estoyborracha, depending on when you started or spent time on TTGP.
Here's the long and convoluted story:
H and I started TTC back in December '13. Got pregnant in February and joined the Nov. '14 board. Discovered a blighted ovum, D&C in April. Cut to July - pregnant again! Joined the April '15 board and life was swell. U/S at 11 weeks showed growth stopped at 8w3d... D&C in September. Then, to add insult to injury, pathology came back as a partial-mole. Off we went to the bench.
Cue the incessant research. My doctor ordered hCG monitoring, which I followed...sort of. I'll end that story there, but it's a really, really long one. Anywhoozle, I'm pregnant again! We're excited, nervous, terrified and thrilled that it happened so quickly again once we hopped off the bench, just trying to stay positive that this is it!
I think that covers it. EDD is September 29, 2015. This will be our first.
Now, someone point me around this joint. I was on vacation when all hell broke loose and I'm wandering around like a lost little puppy. Halp.
