Very tired but I that has a lot to do with working full time and mom'ing two kids who keep pingponging between who gets to be the sickest (Abby had the flu; then Jack had an ear infection; then she countered with pink eye; and now Abby is complaining of a sore throat and headache - which means she probably has strep because that's my luck). Plus DH's grandmother is on hospice and is about to pass. And he's an only child and his mother is divorced so she's relying on him a lot.
I really would love a weekend to myself - no kids; pedicure; lots of massages.
My back is in a really bad place and I'm not sure I'm going to make it until my EDD at work. I'm an RN at a hospital working 12+ hr shifts on my feet. Otherwise, I'm great!

I chose up and down. I'm having a really hard time regulating my emotions during pregnancy. I'm hoping I can stabilize a little bit after baby comes, because I'd love to not have to go back on anxiety and depression meds. 6 months off has been really nice in terms of not having to put extra "stuff" in my body. I'd love to be able to keep it that way, but I definitely need to level out a bit.
Is anyone taking anything rx for heartburn? I'm constantly popping tums.
I take Zantac, but I have reflux issues normally. It helps a ton when not pregnant, and I'm sure it'd be worse without it when pregnant. Tums are my friend.

I feel you, sister!! Although it's not so much my back as it is my legs. By the time I get home from work I can barely walk!! (I'm also a RN in a hospital working 12 hr shifts)

I have terrible acid reflux but no rx. I try to be cognizant of certain food that cause it (acidic, spicy, fried for me) but I do take tums right before bed since it's worse when I'm laying down
Thanks guys. I'll ask about this at next visit. Today my hip pain has started up! I remember this from last time. Time to break out the maternity pillow.
