Today I skipped ahead to cardio day 69. She does 2 rounds but I did 4 because I need to look good for my trip this weekend. I may do an upper body to tomorrow morning and lower tomorrow night.
I decided to share because I showed 2 friends the pictures and they have now got moving. I think the diet changes were really good for me, not just for the weight. In my before photo, you can see my eczema on my side and back. It's totally gone since then without treatment. BBM is good for me because with my crazy schedule (or my kid's crazy schedule I should say), I had really let myself go and it was easy to blame it on lack of time. I rewarded my hard work with a new hair style and new make up. I'm down 16 pounds and looking to lose 9 more.

What changes did you make to your diet?
I eat more now, just better. I still have a long way to go on dinner. Breakfast and lunch are easier because I only make my own, not the whole family. Breakfast is usually eggs at 6. Then I eat Greek Yogurt at 9, trail mix at 11, salad and fruit at 1, all at work. After that it varies because my routine changes day to day. I do need to figure out dinner a bit more because baseball season starts next week and hot dogs and fries at the club house is so easy to get sucked into. I'm totally stuck at my current weight the past few weeks, can't get an ounce under.

Plateaus are tough, you'll get there, but it's frustrating seeing the scale holding steady.
I feel you on dinner, it's hard to cook for everyone else if you don't want to have what they're eating or knowing that what you're making them will sabotage your weight loss plans.
