Good morning!
It's no secret DH and I have been going through some bumpy times in our relationship. One of the areas we're suffering is our sex life. I hate to sound cliché but we are just tired all.the.time. So I was reading this article in Working Moms Magazine, "5 Ways to Recharge Your Sex Life After You Have Kids." I wanted to do something fun to recharge for Valentine's Day, but I never got anything together. So we had a boring old sexless Valentine's Day. It's one of the things that I feel guilty about all the time being a working mom. Perhaps I'm not alone? Or, judging by the amount of pregnant or TTC May '13 Moms, I could be actually alone in this haha. Regardless, I thought I'd put it out there in keeping with the February theme of love.
Note: Please feel free to skip questions 2 and/or 3 this week or talk in generalities if you don't feel comfortable sharing. I realize it's personal between you and your DH. I consider you all friends and feel it can help sometimes to get perspective from friends.
1. What's up with work this week?
2. What's up with home this week?
3. Does your sex life suffer more than it used to pre-kid(s)? Do you think some of it is tougher since you work full-time?
4. What are some things you have done successfully or could do to recharge in this area?
5. GTKY: Do you have a guilty pleasure name for a theoretical child? (GP meaning you likely wouldn't choose this name but you can't help but love it even if you feel guilty for loving it.)
