DH is making dinner so naturally it's an hour after we normally eat and he's stillllll cooking. He has to do dishes first so he could drain pasta but couldn't handle starting dinner while doing dishes. He even hand washed THREE pans before even turning the stove on.

Men.
This doesn't bode well for me - I just traded MH so he'd cook dinner while I walk the dog/do bedtime. I'm sure the fire alarm will go off mid-cooking.
Y'all, babies are crazy. Max has only been nursing for 4-5 minutes at a time all day until now (it's just after 2:00 here.) He's been perfectly content, just not hungry.
FTMs who are nursing, remember this and don't freak out if your kid has a random not hungry day. (I'm not sure but I bet bottle-fed babies do this, too.)
I needed this today! My DD wasn't a very good eater yesterday. I'm glad I'm not alone. She's doing a ton better today!
The baby is pretty fussy post shots. I'm sad she seems so uncomfortable, but her temp is still pretty close to normal- 98.8, so I haven't given her Tylenol. I didn't expect to feel so sad she's uncomfortable. I can't imagine how I'll feel the first time she's actually sick. 😭
It is also a pain reliever. I had to give Max a dose and it really obviously helped his discomfort.
Thanks, since I posted, she fell into a deep and comfortable looking sleep. (She was kind of crying in her sleep on and off before, not right now). If she wakes up fussy again, I plan to give it to her.
We made our appearance. We spent as much time driving as we were there, but everyone was happy to see us. DD was on good behavior and DS was a happy baby. Even one of the young guys held him.

Countdown to bedtime has begun... so ready to just lay in bed with just the baby and watch my show, suddenly so tired even though I didn't do squat today
So, sometimes DH drives me nuts when he complains about being tired even though I slept way less. Other times he puts the fussy baby in the wrap while he cooks a lasagna for our friends with a new baby so I can have a break. I am one happy woman right now.

Uuuuuugghh, I just found a bleed from what I'm assuming was my 2nd degree tear, not healing. Come on, body! Guess I'll be calling my OB in the morning.
It's small, but I'm 10 weeks out. It hasn't been bleeding this whole time, either, so that's even more frustrating. Hopefully the admin answering the phone won't be like "you're probably starting your period." No. Period does not come from a little area on one's perinium.
