1.How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week?
Average, I'm happy. Completed week 3 of the 6 week mini BBM challenge. Started my May challenge with my local group, which switched to 6 days a week too, so I worked it out so my rest days are Sunday in both groups
2. What are your goals for this week?
Keep up with my challenges, and be outside/walking as often as we can

Ate a lot at our fundraiser last night. #worthit
4. GTKY: What is your greatest motivator for healthy living?
My kids. Both to be a good role model for them and to be as healthy as I can for them and their future.
1.How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? We ate out more than I would like and had more Starbucks than we should have but I did use my planner and set some goals and I've been working really hard on drinking more water so I took frozen fruit to work to put in my water and it's helping a TON.
2. What are your goals for this week? Lift some weights twice this week, keep the water up, Starbucks only once this week and only eat out at our staff party.

4. GTKY: What is your greatest motivator for healthy living? To be a good example for LO. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and I don't want him to see me as unhealthy or to be embarrassed by my size. I also don't want him to pick up any of my bad habits. He's starting to want to try eating the foods we eat so I want to make sure he sees us eating more fruits and veggies and less crap.
tiffbot, I'm so jealous that you have work out groups. That's one of the things I miss most since I moved. My old town had the best work out classes and I loved them. I haven't found any as good here that are decent times or aren't ridiculously expensive or super competitive or intimidating.
budders I think it went well, thanks for asking! Tons of compliments all around on the food, entertainment (dueling pianos), decor (pat on my own back hehe), the dance floor was always full if not packed. Our accountant will go over the finances soon and we'll have our dial review meeting and see how we did. The silent auction and raffle tables seemed like they were doing well and people were most definitely drinking so hopefully we did well that way!
Bluedaisy it's actually just a group of us local moms who check in on a Facebook chat every day! One of them makes a monthly workout calendar for us and we keep each other motivated, some people pop in and out throughout the month depending on their schedule, or some skip months and start the next or whatever. Super laid back, free, and easy to do on our own schedule! ETA as for the BBM workouts, I check into the thread on parenting daily. Same idea, I fit my workout in whenever works best for me, and still motivation by having a check in group!

1.How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Good! Working from home is a godsend. My water intake is back up, I love my morning runs, and I'm doing my strength training every night. 2. What are your goals for this week? keep it up and sign up for my next 10k. 4. GTKY: What is your greatest motivator for healthy living? Me. I definitely need the alone time I get on my runs for my mental health. And it helps me feel good that I'm doing something that's good for me. Although it's a double edge sword because I need to be careful not to let it trigger me into unhealthy behaviors.
1.How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? Not so great. I've been rather unmotivated the last few weeks and it's taking its toll.
2. What are your goals for this week? Get it back together. Workout 3 times, stay within calorie goals most days, drink all the water.
4. GTKY: What is your greatest motivator for healthy living? Myself and O. I have more energy and feel better about everything when I'm taking care of myself. H is already a good example health wise so I'd like it to be a balanced household for our kids.

1.How did you do on your goal progress/choices this past week? I fell off the wagon a few weeks ago and haven't made it back on yet. Maybe this week will be the week.
2. What are your goals for this week? Pack lunches and keep drinking water. My step count is holding steady at around 15K a day, so I'd like to keep that up, although it will be harder than this week because I'm in the office half the day instead of out on a route.
3. Questions/AW/Rants/Thoughts? My garmin broke and I haven't replaced it yet. Debating between a fitbit charge 2 or a garmin vivosmart. Anyone have either? Or other recs?
