I'm also super jealous that everyone seems to be feeling movement of babies. Seeing as I had many hours to lay awake last night between attending to sick (and mostly homesick) kiddos I tried to patiently find baby movement. Nadda.
I didn't feel DD till 20 weeks so I'm trying to be patient. Every time I think its movement though it could equally also just be gas.

I'm 16 weeks and not feeling any movement either. I had an anterior placenta with DD so I didn't feel her until 22-24 weeks.
DD was up at 2:30 brought her into our bed and she woke up with H at 5 am and shortly after told him she had to pee and actually went in the toilet. 3 days of potty training with me last week and she never did that. I put the tv on for her while I dozed until 6:30. Now I'm getting my biweekly thyroid blood work done. I need all the coffee and some breakfast

I've felt our little guy twice. I feel you on the frustration

It wasn't until this weekend (just prior to 17 weeks) that I started feeling movement that I felt like I could definitely say was baby and not gas, and now it is much more noticeable. I also know that I have a posterior placenta since I asked at my ultrasound this past weekend, so I'm sure that's factoring in. I think this is close to the same time I started feeling it with DS, maybe a bit closer to 18 weeks for me to really feel confident that the movement was baby.
Nothing exciting happening today. I'll be in work meetings basically all day, typical Tuesday for me.

Sunshiny today, but I'm feeling rough. Really looking forward to my kids' nap time!! I need to do laundry, because it apparently multiplied in my laundry room.
I accidentally ate my husbands cereal this morning. He poured himself a bowl and then went to check on the dog. I thought he was being super sweet and made it for me! Well he came back up and saw me eating his breakfast. He ended up getting himself some more but man. My cereal tasted of guilt and shame. I legit felt bad.
I was feeling movement a few weeks ago, but now, barely anything. It's starting to worry me but I know it's still fairly early. Is this something you'd call the nurses line about? I have an appt Monday so I was going to wait but when I bought this up to my husband he started to get in my head and worry me more :/
I'm 18 weeks and for the last few weeks I've felt slight movement here and there, often questioning if it was movement or gas. Then over the weekend I felt nothing and was freaking out. This morning I think I felt something again. I have to remind myself it's still early. I think with DS I felt things for sure around 20 weeks and it started to pick up and be a bit more consistent around 23 or 24 weeks.
I'm jealous of everyone feeling movement, too. I felt DS around 18w and was hoping to feel this one earlier, but I also don't know where my placenta is this time, so who knows.
I didn't feel DS until around 18w, and I hoping to feel this one sooner. I've really only felt consistent movements since this weekend, when I hit 18w.
Regular day at work. We're doing a big release to our flagship product on Thursday, so there's the last minute things to take care of today.
My sisters and I are also trying to figure out where to take our mom on Saturday for mother's day. Maybe DH can take that time to do something with his mom so we (as in, I) won't have to see her on Sunday.

Been MIA because work has been hectic and so have our weekends. The higher offer on our apartment turned out to be a dud. Our board is really strict and he just has too many investment properties and mortgages on it. The extra money would have been great but I can't afford to take the chance. But it still stings losing out on $9K. I have the contracts for the lower offer on my desk waiting to be signed and I can't pull the trigger just yet lol.

My awesome babysitter just told me she's pregnant. She's in a serious relationship but young and they definitely weren't trying so I'm shocked and super bummed. I was counting on having her help next year. Time to start interviewing more babysitters I guess.

Cythe, I'm so jealous right now. Hot pockets sound amazing.
I'm at big o getting tires replaced before we move next week. I am also calling various insurance agencies to price home insurance all with a toddler clinging to my ankles because i am apparently the only person capable of doing non manual labor for the move. It is getting me out of the manual labor though.
DD is doing better today... she slept for almost 13hrs last night which she hasn't done in maybe a year. Lots of laundry and packing for Disney (we're leaving Thursday). Super excited because we get to find out what sequel is tomorrow...
racegurl87, sounds like an exciting and busy week!
Definitely... also running my first half marathon on Sunday... I haven't run in a week (because DD's been sick) so it'll be interesting. We're doing Disneyland on Friday so hopefully that'll warm my legs up.
People totally come out of the woodwork to give you hand me downs when they hear twins are coming! An acquaintance just dropped off a mamaroo! I am super excited about that because I always wanted one with DD but they're so pricey. Yay for hand me downs!

Oh! Did we talk about this a couple months ago? I'm going to blame pregnancy brain :-) I think I told you I ran it the inaugural year when it was still in Jan. Good luck! Are you going to dress up?
