This check-in is intended for those whose loss history, possibly combined with IF, makes TTC challenging. While those with recurrent losses are especially encouraged to join, IF women plus any losses are welcome. For members who get a BFP, you are welcome to stay here until you feel comfortable transitioning. Please do continue to use the usual warnings.
For a list of Recurrent Loss programs and testing information see this google doc. We can continue to build this document and include other useful sources of information.
Can't remember if I updated on here but my microdose lupron protocol got cancelled because I ovulated! My progesterone was really high. So I am going to do lupron protocol again (same as my first two IVFS). I honestly feel skeptical about it all. At my old clinic my first two IVFs were lupron (2 mature (3 retrieved) and 3 mature eggs respectively). My third IVF was anatagonist (5 mature eggs, 8 retrieved). New clinic thinks he can have better control with lupron.
However new clinic is not making me go on birth control like other clinics and obviously will have the highest stimms probably this round.
I am soo soo nervous. Other than that I am a coffee shop today for 8 hours or more studying boo. Taking my boards on Tuesday. I hope I pass!!!!!

dp21, ugh, I'm sorry you got cancelled. The MDL cycles seem really hit or miss. That means the next cycle is still covered by insurance, right? Will the clinic not do the antagonist protocol again, since you think it worked better? Regardless, skipping the BCP could really help. Are you getting started right away?
dp21, I hope this protocol works for you. Is the only thing different than before the lupron or is it exactly the same? GL with your boards! Hopefully that's one more thing behind you soon!
I'm waiting anxiously this week for my day 5 report on Thursday. We had 45 retrieved, 32 mature, and 26 fertilize normally. I wasn't expecting numbers anywhere close to that so I'm happy with that part.
QOTW: I like roller coasters but I'm not one to seek them out. If I'm at an amusement park, I'll ride them but I don't go there just for that.
