Hii, I'm planning to open a hair salon in Ontario in partnership with my sister and mom. Currently, we've rented a service apartment and started the modification and interior works. We have consulted a few business consultancies for choosing a good operating name and registration. All of us are fresh to the field of business, we are unaware of the pros and cons of choosing a name and registering the business! All we've is the confidence in providing the quality service and our professional skill in the area of hair treatment! Among the three of us, I'm a certified hairstylist,
that is why I consider offering these skills as a service. Because currently, we've some financial issues, I badly need to overcome that, and which need money!
My question is - how necessary it is to register our business from the very beginning?!
I'd be grateful for your thoughts about this - especially if you are an existing and experienced business person!
