@calinomof1 we switched from a PPO to a High deductible health plan because that is all that is offered at my work and the insurance at DHs new job would have cost about 750 per month to add me and that would have increased to 930 per month when lo was born bc his work offers no benefits for the employees family so we would pay the whole cost of adding us out of pocket. It was a lose lose situation but at least the new job paid more than enough to make it worth it to switch. Just bad timing with the pregnancy etc.
Hope everyone is doing well. I haven't been on as I have now caught the sickness just as LO and DH are getting over it. Going on 3 weeks of this in our house. Plus day 5 of being home bound as the ice storm continues and we can't get out. (Not that I would but...it's just depressing.) LO is drying out as his cold is waning so he chokes on dry spit and his coughs woke me up all night. I just need to get through this next few days alive..... cheers.
