Ok Travis is going to Kindergarden in September however he will not poop on the toilet without the potty seat. How the heck do I get him to just use a regular seat. He screams and flips out and says he's scared of falling in.

That's our dilemma now too. He actually had an accident at school this week because he refused to go there. For him, it's not a fear of falling in but rather just comfort of going somewhere other than home.
Our elementary schools have much smaller toilets, so the openings are about the size of his potty seat. Do you know if they have them at his school?

Well, you've got some time still, but maybe just make sure he really tries to not use the seat at home? I'm nervous about kindergarten because he still has accidents :/ He gets so distracted by stuff that he "forgets" to go still. Ugh.
I have no idea. Ds1 uses the potty seat otherwise he would fall in the toilet. He goes to prek3 2 days a week now but I don't think he's ever pooped there.
When we are out in public or at somebody else's house I need to go in the bathroom with him and hold him so he won't fall in the toilet. I suppose he could hold himself up with his hands but I won't let him touch toilet seats.
Me " T do you have to go potty?" T. " no mom I'm just running" Me: "are you sure?" T:"yup. I just love running" Me : "let's try something, stop running for a second " T : " no I can't " Me: "why not" T: "cause the pee will come out" me : then go to the freaken bathroom
We have the same problem over here, too. DS is 3 1/2 and needs the potty seat to poop. He goes to preschool once a week just for a couple of hours so, we haven't had any problems yet. But we need to bring the seat everywhere we go. I think he'll need it for a while since he's small for his age.
