So far breakfast was Cheerios, plain yogurt mixed with pears and mangoes. I also gave her a couple pieces of apple. LO is napping and I've got some rice cooking. Not sure if that will be part of her lunch or dinner yet. I'm currently eating pierogies for my breakfast.

LO had a waffle, pears, grapes, and some bottle. I had a waffle, DD1 same as LO, minus bottle. I have a bad cold so I don't feel like much today. LO and DD1 are getting Mac and cheese and a veggie for lunch and maybe some quesidillas for dinner.
My breakfast was a banana and a Starbucks sandwich post workout. Lo got kidney beans banana and cauliflower for breakfast. Lunch is burgers. Lo will have avocado and cheese with broccoli. Dinner were going out. Lo will have squash apples and peas

T is so into eating lately it's really fun! But I love getting more ideas from you all. Black beans in the quesadilla is from our previous convo about protein .
Does anyone have to only give one kind of food at a time? T doesn't like to switch between things. He likes to eat all of (or as much as he will) one & then move on to the other - but only after you clear away whatever's left.
My breakfast was an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. J had cheerios, strawberries, and kiwi plus a nurse. Lunch is tbd - we might go out for burgers if the weather improves. Dinner will be homemade pizza.
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuits. Babies had the eggs and biscuits plus some plain Greek yogurt. Keira also had some banana.
Lunch was cheeseburgers and sweet potato fries. I left one burger unseasoned and broke that up for the babies along with pieces of cheese and the fries. They were big fans of the fries.
Dinner...not sure yet. We're all feeling pretty lazy around here. Probably going to be frozen lasagna or cheese ravioli.
ntdane what seasoning? Can I ask why leave it off? Just curios what others are doing. We've been giving b the same garlicky or spiced foods. I was suspect at first but she eats it all up.

Breakfast was steel cut oatmeal with raisins, cinnamon & nutmeg, and blueberries.
Lunch was peanut butter and banana sandwich on 10 grain bread with yogurt.
Dinner is still up in the air. Right now leaning towards quesadillas (ground beef, shredded cheese, tomato, sauteed peppers & onions) on whole grain flatbread.
I really need to get better at offering a veggie at lunch (or rather, steaming veggies in advance so she can have them at lunch).
Breakfast was scrambled eggs with applesauce and a small blueberry pancake. Lunch was a cheese and chickpea (pureed) wrap and leftover chickpea and blueberry puree. Dinner was chicken and pears, broccoli and apricot, and shredded cheese. She always has a few cheerios as a snack and while I'm getting her meals together. I make a lot of her food ahead of time and freeze it. That's why I can make so many strange concoctions without all the cooking each meal.
jtizzay, We give spicy/hot stuff. We don't add salt to anything though.
I wish we could do egg and I don't understand why we were told to wait, when her allergy test didn't show an allergy. I was all fucking excited and the allergist was like, "you should still wait until a year." Tomorrow T is 11 months, that's practically a year - right?

This is a bad day to ask because we took lo to a birthday party!
Breakfast: banana bread English muffin and water (half)
Lunch: fruit (banana, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi), goldfish, a couple pieces of cheese, and a little Apple juice ( first time letting him have juice)
Snack: 1/3 of a cupcake.....the kids all did a smash cupcake with the birthday boy...,it was adorable! Normally he has yogurt or puffs.
Dinner: squash squares and Mac n cheese with water.

Primarily Lawry's seasoning salt. I'm a little cautious about giving too much salt but I'll give pretty much anything else. DS1 would eat food much spicier than I could when he was little.

Keira doesn't like slimy food...so bananas are hit or miss. I read somewhere that you can roll them in graham crackers to make them easier to eat. So, we did a little banana and graham cracker shake n bake action...she loved it!

We were told to wait until a year for eggs and peanut butter. I think that's not really the recommendation anymore though. We are waiting on shellfish too since MH has a slight allergy.

Got it. Ya I am more careful w salt. I've read those articles about why it's bad. Sure enough my doc doesn't think we should watch anything. Everything is fine. They're so lax
oh wow all you ladies are so good with food! I've been lazy for my own eats lately, but I try to do good stuff for LO. Is everyone else's LO's primary source of nutrients still the bottle? I've been giving LO more solids lately, but he still does 6-7 bottles a day. I'm almost scared to wean him....at least if I'm giving formula I know he's getting all his vitamins. Breakfast - I ate a cinnamon roll and had hot tea (green tea with jasmine - try it! so good!) plus amber honey. love to try different kinds of honey. LO had a bottle and some puffs. I have a feeling he's going to want more solids in the morning soon...I better start getting up earlier. takes awhile to feed this guy! lunch - I've got roast chicken and veggies (premade from whole foods. pricey but a great treat sometimes). LO has bottles, a piece of banana bread, and pureed chicken breast with peas. Dinner - I'm making a special dinner for DH tonight! went to whole foods yesterday as a treat (it's an hour away so it's a treat when I go there) and picked up some octopus. never made it before...going to try and broil it. I have some olives and antipasti for a side, plus tzadziki with bread. lo can have some tzadziki and bread, plus formula and some fruit.
Lo usually has what I am eating unless its a salad then I will try to make her something. Last week she ate a lot of veggie soup, without the liquid plus a fruit - she LOVES mandarin oranges and spiced peaches. last night it was green enchilada casserole. I kept some of the chicken before I added the green sauce and made serving sizes for LO this week and figure I will give her some of the veggie we are eating plus a fruit. I give the fruit before bed as a dessert, then brush teeth and go to bed.
