HI! also car seat question

I didn't know we had our own board! I am so excited now to see many of you. I hang out over on the Parenting board mainly.

So we have finally officially outgrown our infant bucket seat and are looking for a new seat. This weekend preferably. 

I am looking at the Evenflo Platinum Symphony DLX All in One. Does anyone have one? If so what do you like/not like about it.

Glad you found one! We have the EvenFlo Symphony E3 DLX for my DS1 & plan to get another for DS2. Cons is it is a bigger seat, but pros is how extremely easy it is to move from car to car. I like also how he can use it til 110 lbs, so it is the last seat we need to buy for him. I need to get another one too. DS1 had outgrown his infant one by 8 mo old! DS2 is for sure a littler dude. :-) I hope to be getting it again soon.

RJBrownie, the my ride is kind of bulky so if you have a smaller car it wont work. I have the my size/size4me/headwise and LOVE IT!!! I might even end up getting a 3rd one for MILs car even though it will only get used 2-3 times a month.

Like mcncheese, we also have a Graco mysize and I love it. It's so easy to install which is what I wanted since my mom will sometimes take DD overnight. Also, it fits nicely in my Ford Fusion without giving up any space on the passenger side.

Pros- very comfy for LO, stylish, safe, high ratings
Cons- I WISH I WOULD HaVE KNOWN TO tighten the tether Before buckling the crotch strap- would have saved much time and many tears; much better now that I tighten straps first and then connect. A little cumbersome to move from car to car if necessary

For anyone else, I'd recommend the Britax Click Tights if you are looking for a good seat and can swing it (it's one of the pricier ones). But it will last them until 3+ rear-facing and is a great seat.

The my size and all of gracos same but different named seats are my favorite. We have one for Mason who just turned 3 and he still has plenty of room rear facing. We had to get different seats for the twins to fit three across.
