DH has Friday off so we're spending two nights at the Oregon coast as a little vacation before I go back to work in a couple weeks ( sorry if you're buried in snow!).
We're in a vrbo rental with a small but well stocked kitchen (even a dishwasher). What are your travel tips with little babies? We're bringing pnps for each of the twins and buying groceries to do some meals in unit so we can keep a relaxed pace. We'll also bring our ergos and one double stroller. What else would you recommend?

Don't do it? I personally dislike traveling with kids. They require so much stuff even for one day out!
But in all seriousness, enjoy your mini vacation. You know best what your girls need on a daily basis. Sounds like you have the big stuff covered. When our kids were little, we'd have to take a bouncy seat just in case sleeping in a pnp didn't work. Now at 12 weeks, we're past that stage with DD. Diapers. Lots and lots of diapers. I swear our kids are nervous poopers. They poop more often away from home and we've learned to take more diapers than they typically go through in a day. I second lots of extra clothes. You don't want to have to find laundry (if not in unit) for such a short trip. Your time is better spent enjoying your time away with your family.

We took a 4 day vacation to the north shore of Superior when DD1 was 2 mo old. We brought
-the PnP and white noise for sleep -bouncer, a big floor blanket and a few toys for entertainment - stroller and carrier - clothes, diapers, toiletries etc
We went in August but around the lake is windy, so lots of hats and sweaters.
We took the same trip the following year, she was easier at 2mo than 14 mo.

We've traveled a lot with both boys since they were young. I honestly think it's so much easier when they're young. They're so portable and fairly easy to entertain. Yeah, you need a lot of stuff but keep in mind that for the most part you can buy anything you need or forget.
The big things we always make sure to pack: pack n play, baby carrier and a stroller, a few toys, lots of clothes, diapers and wipes; breast pump, bottles and a small cooler for EBM.
