Symptoms: Some heartburn when I lay down. Also hip pain when I sleep (although that could be my underwear getting too tight, thanks new booty!) And lightheadedness if I sit for too long.
Milestones or Appts: I had my 20 week appt last Tuesday and everything is on track. Also got a whole bunch of total-FTM questions answered by my dr without him laughing at me
Questions or comments: LO is getting stronger, I can feel it. His kicks wake me up sometimes but don't keep me from sleep. Just startle me. I've even had a dream that his whole leg came through my stomach and woke up I him kicking. Damn hormonal dreams!
GTKY: If you were to write a novel/book, what would the topic be? Hmm, that's a tough one. In my coming of age years I wanted to write a book about my life because it was "so hard". But I'd probably write a fictional story on living with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. Make it inspirational somehow.
Weeks/Fruit: 22 - Papaya Symptoms: MS, sciatic pain, RLP Milestones/Appointments: I have my AS tomorrow!! Finally! Questions/Comments: Nope, this ain't my first rodeo
Novel topic: I have no idea. I dream of making music, not writing books.
Milestones or appointments: I had to switch DRs so I met with my new one. Not very impressed. Contemplating changing again. This change was due to insurance, not by choice. At my appt I was told I needed to do another anatomy scan, so I'm looking forward to seeing baby again and getting new pics. Fx everything still looks good
Questions or comments: anyone use those music buds to play music for baby? I mostly think they look like a waste of money and just put my cell phone near my belly but DH thinks it's too loud that way. This might be one for stupid question Sunday.
GTKY: If you were to write a novel/book, what would the topic be? I work at a high school, so I'd write about all the stories I have from amazing teens to ridiculous parents. I swear we could do a reality TV show up in that place.

Week/fruit - 24 Cantaloupe, although pregnant chicken called her a footlong, so DH and I have been singing "$5 footlong!"
Symptoms: well shit, I've had the week from hell, the flu which became he stomach flu, which grew a sinus infection, which caused a throat infection. Now I'm on keflex 500mg and trying to stay hydrated enough that the don't make me go get fluids at l&d.
Milestones/appointments: baby girl had the hiccups for the first time the other morning at like 5am. That felt super weird and pretty cool! But after 10min I was like "that's cute honey but I'm exhausted can we go back to sleep now?"
Questions or comments: I have my glucose test next week, which is when I'll get to ask about the next scan to see if her EIF disappeared. I'm anxious over that even though I've read a bunch of "it's ok" research.
GTKY: hmm I would probably write a romance, all these hormones have me looking at DH with glitter and hearts surrounding him...so I think a lovey dovey one for me!
evpwed I don't use music buds, but I play my iPhone when getting ready in the morning. I try to play the Same song a few times as I've heard *heres my touch of crazy* that if there is a song they're used to, then if they're crying or upset when the are little you can sing that song and it reminds them/makes them comfortable. Idk, guess I'll find out!

Weeks/Fruit: 24 weeks/cantaloupe (I cheated off you ladies so I wouldn't have to go over to TB)
Symptoms: The worst this week has been some variation of lightning crotch. For all I know I'm getting kicked - baby's head was up top at the last u/s - but I can't actually feel movement. Also I'm starting to pee (or at least feel the need) more frequently again.
Milestones or appointments: Standard monthly appointment tomorrow, hoping for the results of our second (and still inconclusive) anatomy scan
Questions or comments: Nervous to see how much weight I've gained in the last 4 weeks (has it really only been 4 weeks?) because for the first time this pregnancy I can really see that I have indeed expanded!
GTKY: If you were to write a novel/book, what would the topic be? My old therapist used to half-joke that my siblings and I should write a book about grief (working tongue-in-cheek cheesy title: Laughing Through the Tears)

evpwed I don't know how the phone could be louder than the belly buds! One of my doctors said that what baby hears is pretty muffled anyway, so you're probably okay.
copilot2012 now you've got me singing the $5 footlong song too!

Weeks/Fruit: 23 / Grapefruit
Symptoms: Heartburn and back pain. Some cramping this past week. Hip pain when I sleep.
Milestones or appointments: None, due to some symptoms (like his being a little more quiet, coupled with my cramps, exhaustion, and some other body pains) I think he had a big growth spurt!
Questions or comments: Nope.
GTKY: If you were to write a novel/book, what would the topic be? Probably some sort of historical style fantasy, not too "dragons and wizards" though if you know what I mean. Or a dystopic/post-apocalyptic novel.
Symptoms: Hip pain at night, heartburn (mostly because I can't stay away from the spicy foods), peeing all the time.
Milestones or appointments: I have a U/S in two weeks, the Doc wants to check on the babies growth because of my fundus height! Go figure.
Questions or comments: None
GTKY: If you were to write a novel/book, what would the topic be? Probably a crime thriller. Although I have no writing skills whatsoever so it would be awful.
