Finally the weekend, and we get to spend as a family right?! Nope, dh wants to play fu(king video games all day, all night. Such great fun for DS and me! We will have fun just the 2 of us in the other room! Somewhat glad you have to go away for training this week, because I want to throat punch the sh!t out of you right now!!
Ahh, feels good getting that out! Anyone else got something to get off their chest?
So I may have had a seizure this morning? I'm not sure what else to call it. We had a few drinks last night, I don't know if it would be considered a lot but no more than our usual Friday night. DH woke me up around 6am because Zach wasn't settling down with the paci and he thought he was hungry. I took a little bit of time to get moving but my boobs were leaking like crazy so I went to see if Z was awake. He wasn't, so I went to try & hand express into the sink but I started to get dizzy and my vision went dark (like when you stand up too fast) so I tried to go back across the hall and sit down in Z's room. I ended up falling and the noise woke DH. He helped me into the rocking chair and I managed to say "I think I need a Powerade" before I felt dizzy and my vision went dark again, and I could feel my arms shaking like they did from the c-section drugs. DH said the color drained from my face, my eyes rolled back, and I had weird gaggy breathing and uncontrolled arm movements. He said he slapped me and it did nothing, so he ran downstairs and got a bottle of water, and the next thing I remember is him shoving the bottle in my face. I felt fine afterwards, just tired and a little hungover, but DH started googling and decided he thought it was alcohol poisoning even though I didn't throw up and it didn't happen until morning. So he called his boss who used to be an EMT and she said it sounded like dehydration. I don't know, I've just taken it easy today and drank lots of juice and Powerade, but it was all pretty scary this morning.
We're away for the weekend at a board game convention (buncha nerds over here). I didn't want to come with LO, and offered to stay home, but DH insisted that we all come. So here we are...LO and I spend most of our day in the room, DH plays games and makes friends. At night, DH comes in super late and wakes LO, then promptly passes out and snores. LO gets restless sleep and I get no sleep. I'm currently sitting in the bathroom with the fan on, as it's the only way to drown out the noise. We're leaving in the morning and I'm sure DH is going to pass out as soon as we get home, leaving me to take care of LO. Oh, and next week he's going to Vegas with his buddies (and offered to bring LO and me...um, no). I agreed to all this stuff, so I guess I can't really complain, it's just frustrating that he has absolutely no clue how stressful a "fun" weekend can be when you have a baby to take care of.
So LO started daycare last week and has been napping like a champ there. All they do is put him in the crib with his pacifier and hes out in 10 minutes (Wha?!!!!). We have tried this at home before with zero succcess. I am happy and proud to announce that today he has napped twice in his crib, falling asleep on his own!! HOLY NEVER-THOUGHT-IT-WOULD-HAPPEN!!! I literally feel like its christmas in this house and could make out with his daycare teachers.

Our weekend was lovely. Started House of Cards Friday night. After a second glass of wine had a pretty heavy conversation with hubs about how my gym time is really throwing our family time for a loop. There will be more tough chats about this. Wah.
Spent time with one of my closest friends (from HS and college roomies). She's had two early losses in the past year and has such a sunny outlook. It makes me sooo happy
Had a super awesome workout today. I felt strong for the first time in a long time.
We played videogames all weekend. It was awesome. Still having issues sleeping but I saw him pulling on his ear so maybe teething?
We thought LO had an ear infection last week, he wouldn't stop messing with his ear, so we took him in and they said he was teething, they also removed a bunch of wax from his ears.
Hey all, thanks for the concern. I've been feeling fine so hopefully it was a one-time dehydration or blood sugar thing. It's just scary to think what could have happened, like if I was holding Zach when it happened.
Thank you all ! It was an expected and peaceful passing, however I didn't get to say goodbye and didn't get her to meet my LO I trust she'll look after us from where she is

My favorite sil's baby shower is today. I'm so excited for her. It's her first baby after they suffered a loss a little over a year ago so it's super special (even though I wasn't suppose to know she was pregnant the first time because they hadn't told anyone other than parents but dh works with his mom and she couldn't stay quiet).
I am pissed with dh's other sil (the one I've always bitched about) because she posted a thing on fb last night how she didn't get to help plan the shower and didn't even get an invitation sent to her. Ffs, lady, you didn't have a job when this was being planned and you can't even support your own two kids not to mention that you wouldn't listen to anything that she likes or wants. Be thankful that she has friends that care so much to put this on as it will be beautiful and you are saving a shit ton of money.
*I will come back and read the above recent posts as I saw something about a loss in a family. So sorry for your loss. I will be back but have to get ds to his fasting blood draw and he's going to start losing it soon if the baby doesn't hurry up and wake up.

Yuri, so sorry for your loss. Even being expected, it is still hard. My t&p to you and your family. She is definitely watching over you and your family.
