I think carrying around my two boys has destroyed me. Do any of your have a chiropractor you'd recommend? I'm in Hyde Park, so something nearby would be great, but I'll travel for a good doc. TIA!

I'm in NKY, but I love our chiro, Dr. Bob. Each time I have an appt I do EMS, get adjusted, and have a 30min massage. I was able to go to appts through my entire pregnancy, I just skipped the EMS therapy, and when M was having reflux issues, Dr. Bob adjusted him and we saw a huge improvement in that. allstar-chiropractic.com/
If you're in Hyde Park it would only be about a 15min drive.
ETA: The office is very family friendly, so if you ever need to bring the LO's it's NBD. Everyone in the office loves LO's and they have even kept an eye on M a few times while I got a massage.
Good question nachomomma. I was just talking to FI about me needing a chiropractor. And I'm in NKY so I'll have to look into the one you suggested mrscatfarmer13. :-) Thank you ladies!
I love my chiropractor at Backbone Chiropractic in Kenwood. He has helped tremendously with pregnancy headaches! He incorporates physical therapy as well, which I feel makes my treatments better than when I would just go to a traditional chiropractor. Very kid-friendly as well - they have a little corner with coloring and other small activities while they wait.

mominthemaking14 Honestly, just about anything. Many migraine and chronic pain sufferers find relief. If you do decide to go to a chiropractor, make sure it's one that operates like a dr office and not a clinic. Many times the clinic types don't give you the proper attention needed and you never make any progress.
I like Dr. Schweitzer in Fort Thomas for the Nky folks. He is a chiropractor and an attorney, and the county coroner. And has like 5 kids. His dad practices but I see the son. He's awesome and conservative with his treatment ( doesn't make you come back 5 times).
I get adjusted when I'm having any muscle pain in my back or hips. If you ever have a kink in your neck, that helps too.
For some people they say the pain relief is temporary. I find that I can go once or twice and completely fix an issue. It is a little scary if you've never had it done before, but you feel so well afterwards.
