I use the Belly Bar prenatal chewables because I can't swallow big pills. I also take the target brand DHA prenatal supplement, so you could consider doing that as well sunfrogger88 if you like your current prenatal. It's just the DHA as a separate pill that you take once a day so it might make sense since you're already at Target getting your other prenatal.
This time around I am taking the same as bluebird44, but last pregnancy I had issues with pills so I was on the same gummies as soultrane. I did have to eventually add in an iron supplement while on the gummies because I became anemic.

ashleymarie26, from what I understand the DHA promotes brain and eye development of the baby during pregnancy and after birth. I think quite a few prenatals do include them, but not all do (like mine). I think one reason for this is because normally DHA is found in fish oils, but if someone is allergic to fish, they will still need to take a prenatal. I know the DHA supplement I take is actually plant based which is why I opted for that version instead of one that is included in. And a lot of times, even if it's "included" in the prenatal, it actually means just one more pill you take on top of the regular one.
I take the Trader Joe's prenatal vitamins (which are great!) and the Vitafusion DHA gummies (which are completely disgusting!). I bought a huge jar of the DHA gummies, so I'm forcing myself to use them since they were expensive. But once they're gone I'm switching to something else.
sunfrogger88, I am taking one that is covered by insurance. It's called Taron-Prex and I love it! It has tons of folic acid and DHA, as well as a stool softener and a vanilla flavored capsule. I have been taking it for over three years now.
I take the Rainbow Light PrenatalOne Multivitamin in the morning. In the evening I take an additional vegan calcium supplement and a plant based DHA. The combo has been working well for me so far.
One a day prenatal with the dha in one. They sell one with a separate pill for the dha/omega 3s, but I just wanted one pill. Lol. I used to take nature made, but I switched when I figured out the OAD has biotin in it and the nature made does not.

I take the Seeking Health prenatals (because I need folate instead of folic acid), but then have to add extra DHA and iron. It means I take a lot of pills a day, but makes me feel better.
I take the CVS brand gummies. They taste great and don't make me nauseated. I take them on an empty stomach every morning and haven't experienced a problem. (I've been taking them for over a year now.)
Just an FYI since I'm into knowing if I'm really getting what is advertised, I happened on a sight that tested and ranked the 25 top selling prenatal vitamins in the USA. If you are interested in seeing how yours ranked you can get to the link here.
