Is 8:30 to early for a pregnant woman to go to bed?

But seriously. Usually I go to bed at 11:30. I feel so old and tired right now....

And what are you all up to tonight?

Going to bed...lol, ok, not yet, but most nights I'm asleep by 9:30/10 (DD likes to wake up at 5:30/6, so yeah...) and pregnant me definitely goes to bed earlier!

I've been averaging 7:30/8. It's insane.... but I figure I'll sleep while I can! And DH doesn't mind a bit, more time to play xbox

Im the odd one out... I go to bed at 1am-ish. But part of that is I only work afternoons so can sleep in late... Oops

It's never too early to go to bed if you're pregnant. I was wiped all of the time last pregnancy.

I took a nap at 4. I have a friend visiting and I'm babysitting her 9 mo tomorrow. So I will be in bed soon. I've been more of a night owl this pregnancy though. I'm tire around 1-5 then I'm wide awake... that is if I get a nap though.

I was up until 10 last night, for the first time in a week. and only because we had dinner plans with friends. Usually I'm in bed before 9 these days.
