Question: STMs and Pre-BFP Symptoms

For those of you who have had more than one, were your pre-BFP symptoms the same?

I am in the TWW and hope this is our cycle. Pre-BFP last time, my breasts got sore and nipples started tingling at 8 DPO. This never happens to me pre-period. I am having no symptoms right now. I'm curious to hear how your symptoms changed. Thanks!

I swear my uterus felt heavy pretty much as soon as I got pregnant with DD2. It was as if it knew what to do already and started getting ready immediately. I told my husband that if I wasn't pregnant I must be crazy because it was so clear to me. A couple weeks later we got our BFP. FX that this is your lucky cycle too!

totally different but then the circumstances were different too.....dd was iui so I was looking out for symptoms...I remember being really seriously tired and wiped out with her....like a lot....
this one was a surprise....and i didn't notice until apparently 2 months in....I wasn't as tired but then I had an almost 2 year old to chase after and we were in the middle of starting construction on the house....the only thing that tipped me off was my clothes weren't fitting right...and the missed period....but my period was always abnormal....
So far both pregnancies have been totally different

My symptoms were exactly the same during early pregnancy. Morning sickness was less with the second but that doesn't usually kick in until a little later like 8 weeks. Acid reflux started earlier around 10 weeks.

Some of them were different and some were the same.

Different: Pre DS1 I had very distinctive ovulation pain each cycle, and I had no ovulation pain after he was born. I only had one cycle before we got pregnant again, but I assumed I wasn't ovulating because I had no discomfort around ovulation time.

Same: The only reason I took a test the second time around was because my bra was fitting funny, so in both cases, my boobs grew immediately. I otherwise did not have any symptoms.

However, with my first, we had been trying for over 3 years, and I was charting, so I was hyper-aware of my symptoms all the time. The second time around, I was kind of expecting it was going to take us a while, so I wasn't really keeping track of what was going on with my body (I hadn't really even began cycling again). I do know I got pregnant the second time around without the appearance of fertile cervical mucous like I had with my first pregnancy, but I was still nursing about 3 times a day, so that didn't surprise me.

Thanks everyone! My temp dipped a little today, so I don't think it's our month. However, I am still interested in hearing how others' bodies responded to a second or third pregnancy. I have a feeling that my breasts will tell me when the time comes.

With my first I just had breast tenderness. We weren't trying though, so I wasn't symptom spotting. With my second I was an emotional wreck! Crying left and right for no reason. That was my only symptom until about 5 1/2 weeks. With my 3rd pregnancy, the recent loss, I had way more symptoms early on, but the first thing I noticed was smelling things way more. All 3 of mine were different...kind of crazy how that works. Hoping that you and your temp dip are wrong, or that you get that BFP soon!

Yes my boobs and extra peeing always tell me.
