1. Do you believe in Luck? (Bonus points if you share a story of when something lucky happened to you) I am not sure that I do.
2. What's your favourite green thing? (Excluding money) This is super lame, but the only green thing I can think of is my water bottle.
3. Are you celebrating St. Patrick's Day today? No, I am working at our local Career Closet all night. Normally we do celebrate on my birthday weekend, but missed out since we went away for the weekend.
1. Do you believe in Luck? (Bonus points if you share a story of when something lucky happened to you) Most definitely - I'd say my daughter is the luckiest thing that happened to us. I pretty much believe conception is at least 50% luck at this point - and a little science.
2. What's your favourite green thing? (Excluding money) Grass. Trees.
3. Are you celebrating St. Patrick's Day today? No I got home too late to find time to prep our corned beef for the crock pot, so we will do it tomorrow.
1. I do believe in luck; however, I do not believe that I personally am very lucky. I know some people who seem to be very, very lucky. Good things just seem to happen to them all the time! Not to say I don't have good things in my life, but not a lot that I think were brought to me by sheer luck. I think of lottery winning, prize winning, stumbling into an amazing job offer when you weren't even looking, etc. when I think of "luck."
2. Does spinach count? I love spinach in everything!
3. Not really. I am wearing green. I try to be festive when I can muster it. We have never really "celebrated" St. Patrick's Day before. It is two days before my Bday... so sometimes I think of St Patrick's day as a countdown to my Bday. Though I don't really "celebrate" that much recently either. That sounds sad, that's not how I mean it. I am just a low key kinda gal.
3. No. I have a bunch of errands to run this afternoon. However, DS and I will wear green! Side note: sometimes I do miss celebrating St. Patrick's Day in college. Starting our bar crawl before 8 am and crazy amounts of green beer. Oh, college!
3. Not celebrating this year. My college roommate usually has a party at her place (very family friendly with LO and preggers all over usually) but we she didn't plan it this year. My grandparents would be disappointed as I am Irish!

I do believe in luck. in Sept 2014 I went to the 1st annual Women in Law Enforcement conference and purchased a raffle ticket for a gun. I kept telling everyone I felt like I was going to win the gun and sure enough I did. Well the very next month we had a raffle at my pd for a gun (actually the exact same one) and I purchased 1 raffle ticket and I won again. Not to mention that in Sept 2014 we went on a cruise and I played bingo and won $750.00 out of about 50 people. Luck sometimes is on my side.

probably mountain dew which is funny because typically I am not a pop drinker but I love me some mountain dew.

No, I actually completely forgot it was St. Patrick's Day today, I didn't even wear green and the best part was that I didn't get pinched!!!

1. I don't know about luck, exactly, but I believe in fate and chance and things along those lines. SO and I have kind of a wild story about how we ended up getting together (after knowing each other for almost 10 years) and I feel like elements of fate and luck are involved. Same with my daughter, like Stringy said, I think there is some real roll-the-dice luck involved in conception, and it brought me the child I feel like I was always meant to parent. Also, I think luck/fate/what-have-you brought me to C&B to be their surrogate and I feel very lucky that our first insemination cycle was successful.
2. Trees. I love seeing all the green trees and plants and grass and I am ready for them to start growing again!
3. Nope. I was working, now I'm lying on the couch exhausted. YOLO!
3. No. I have a bunch of errands to run this afternoon. However, DS and I will wear green! Side note: sometimes I do miss celebrating St. Patrick's Day in college. Starting our bar crawl before 8 am and crazy amounts of green beer. Oh, college!
AHHHH! You are a genius, mint chocolate chip is my favorite!!!
