And if you live in New England it won't be summer for a long time. Hello 28 degrees and windy! I so didn't miss you! Also, if you live in the north you'll need long sleeves for September and October
Loft is having a 40% off sale right now and their maternity stuff is so cute for work.
Soooo sad. I miss Loft way more than someone should miss a clothing store - especially considering I used to be an employee. As a SAHM, I don't have much of an excuse to spend the money there any more.

My office is somewhere between casual and corporate, so I really don't have an excuse to shop there much either but I may make an exception for maternity clothes because I love them! My BFF texted me about the sale this morning so I checked it out, and I'm now obsessed.
I'm having a hard time picturing clothes between casual and corporate... What do you typically wear? I was a teacher so Loft was perfect for me. I'm going to go look at the sale now... You know, just to torture my very broke self. I live in jeans (or leggings) and tshirts from my swimming career, high school, and college. I perpetually look like a college student/athlete. But, hey! Baby spit up, pee, poop, and all other liquids wash out easily! Cotton is my best friend. Sometimes I also wear my lululemon stuff because it makes me feel like I work out...when I don't.
ETA: Also, I am pregnant at the EXACT same time I was last year with DS. So all my maternity clothes are perfect for the seasons and my size... Lame.

Typically I wear dark skinny jeans with some kind of heels (or boots in the winter) and then a nicer more professional looking top. Most people in my office dress more casually than that though so I try not to spend too much money on work clothes just because there isn't really a point even though I prefer to look a little nicer at work.
Gotcha. I feel like you dress kind of how I did as a teacher. Granted, jeans are rare, but you can get away with colorful ones that are closer to chino/khakis (?) material. :Sigh: I miss cute clothes. Enjoy it for me, please!

For anyone who is stroller shopping the Baby Jogger City Versa is a really nice stroller that has been discontinued in the US. Amazaon is selling off the last ones at a really great price ($220-$230). It is not in stores anywhere to see it in person, but there a a bunch of you tube videos that might give you a good idea of what it's like.
You can order from baby jogger their "GT" wheels which make it more all-terrain. (In case you can't tell I've been drooling over this stroller but can't justify buying it because I wouldn't want to give up other single)

You can check buy buy baby. My local store still has it on display. I checked it out and then bought it on Albeebaby website which is an authorized retailer. I paid $229 bc I wanted the green one, but pish posh baby had black and silver for $207. They are also an authorized retailer. The full cost of the stroller is $399 so it's a great deal

I haven't seen the Versa in person, but most of the Baby Jogger wheels aren't interchangeable. I don't know if you can get the GT to fit. I had this issue with my BJ single.
You can purchase the GT wheels for the versa I have it and contemplated it. I think it's an extra $50 for them. They sell it as a kit online

I have the Versa and really love it. I'm thinking of getting the GT wheels as it'd help a lot in the winters up here.
I purchased some clothes from Resale Maternity awhile ago. It looks like they have a new name, Bump Glow Maternity. They have great prices and I was happy with my purchases.
Somewhat related to the amazing sale Loft is having right now....Can someone help me with loft sizing? Since I'll be ordering and sending to Florida, and DH will bring it back to Toronto in two weeks, I can't return. I've never bought from loft. I want to get a pair of skinny jeans...what size do you think I'd be? I'm a 4 in Gap work trousers, a 27 in citizens, sevens or yoga jeans. I'm nervous a 4 in loft will be too small. I hate sizing charts. Help! Sales are too good to pass up!!

I haven't bought from Loft in a long while, and it was never pants, but I felt like they run slightly larger than size. If I remember correctly, I had a size 2 dress when I was wearing 4ish elsewhere. Or something like that.
I went to Macy's maternity section today and they have a buy 3 get one free deal on everything including clearance. I'm not really big enough yet for a lot of the maternity shirts and dresses, but I did get a few things.

Target is doing the "buy $125 of select baby merchandise get a $20 gift card. PLUS there's buy 2 big boxes of diapers (not all brands though) and get a $10 gift card. Good time to stock up on diapers and other baby stuff.
It's a text coupon. Text save 20 to target (827438)

I'm not sure if the sale is still going on, but I just saw your post. If you're still unsure, I agree Loft sizes run a little big...typically one size too big. I'm a 4 or a 6 in their jeans (but the 6s are really baggy by the end of the day), but I'm a 6 or 8 in other brands. Gap, I don't have any of their jeans or pants, but I wear a medium in their tops and pajamas and such. Loft, I wear a small...mediums are a little loose, but comfy. Dresses with Loft, I sometimes go down two sizes. I wear about a size 2 or 4 in them. FWIW, I also used to work for Loft, and employees all agree the clothes run a little bigger. Also...almost my entire closet is Loft. Lots of experience with their clothes

I am not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but I loved the Baby Bargains book. www.amazon.com/Baby-Bargains-furniture-strollers-maternity/dp/1889392448/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1427473445&sr=1-1&keywords=Baby+Bargains+2015+edition This book was a must with DS. It lists all the stuff you really need and the stuff you can do without. The main reason I loved it as it listed all the safety ratings of products and warned of products that were poorly made. We used the book for all of the larger purchases as I wanted items such as the crib and car seat that received really good safety ratings. Higher priced items did not always coincide with higher quality (obviously this is common sense, but still). Anyways it was a great book! I will likely buy the updated version as my copy was from 2011 since we need to buy a new crib and some other furniture and a new monitor.

Carter's has free shipping on all orders today, and an additional 15% off with code 15OFFMAR or 25% off a $40+ purchase with code OKSP1514.
Thanks for the Carter's PSA! I rarely get on their website anymore (and my email is so full of junk I rarely check it) and I needed to pj's for DS badly. I usually buy from Old Navy, but they call a short sleeved pair of pj's an "Everyday Steal" at $14.94 so none of their coupon codes apply to everyday steals. I'm sorry, but $15 for a pair of short sleeved jammies for a 3 year old is redic. I was able to get 5 pairs of pjs (they have 3 and 4 piece sets) for him for $36. That's half the price of Old Nacy. So again, thanks!

20% off shoes and bags on Amazon today. Code is SHOESNBAGS. I ordered DS a nice pair of Stride Rites for only $36! I saw them in a store for $52 yesterday!

Oh my gosh, I need those A+A blankets like I need 500 pacifiers... but so tempting! I might just "accidently" add it to my cart. I mean, technically, they're the perfect weight for having no A/C in the house

Not to be a bad influence, but you need them. The A+A swaddle blankets were my favorite thing for DS. I may already have 8, but this new baby deserves some new blankets, right?

Oh yeah. I've got 3 already from DS1. I managed to lose a plain white one in a hotel bed (blended right in with the sheets) and I cried so bad, over a blanket. Plus, they make awesome swaddles!

Those who like Carters should keep an eye on Kohls.com (and get a Kohls card). I can always find the monthly 30% off online code and bought almost all of DD's sleepers and little onsie sets at Kohls for $6-8 a piece at most! I'll try to share the codes each month as I get them.
