1. I have considered myself an adult since I was 18, in the sense that that is when I became 100% financially responsible for myself. I went away to college and from day 1 I was completely financially independent. So I felt very much like an adult at that time. I think there have been other milestones along the way over the years that have brought me closer to the version of an adult that I am today. When I was 21, I moved off campus and J and I got our first real apartment. That felt like a big adult move. When I was 25 we bought our house. That was a really big adult moment. There have still been moments in the last several years where I will think "Geez, I'm such a grown up," and I am not sure why that seems to surprise me still HAHA.
2. Nothing! I am sitting in my desk chair at work right now, and when I stretch my left arm all the way out I am just touching air. If I wheel my chair over, I could touch the wall, but that feels a bit like cheating
1. When did you consider yourself an adult? Never! Seriously, I remind myself I am... but I don't feel like what I thought being an adult was when I was young! I guess buying our first condo at 25 was probably the first real adult moment.
2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can, what can you touch? My sticky notes on my desk 3. If you could snap your fingers and appear somewhere else, where would you be? Back in bed, i'm SOOOOO sleepy right now!
1. When did you consider yourself an adult? I have no idea. There are still moments now where I'm taken aback that I am a mother, wife and homeowner. Those all feel like very adult things.
2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can, what can you touch?
My water bottle and planner.
3. If you could snap your fingers and appear somewhere else, where would you be? On vacation somewhere. I won't be greedy, so I'll just say any warm beach will do.

1. When did you consider yourself an adult? I'm with PPs, it still seems odd to me that I'm an adult! I mean, I've been married, owned a house, I am parenting a child, but IDK.... I still feel like a kid at heart
2. Stretch your left arm out as far as you can, what can you touch? My bag
3. If you could snap your fingers and appear somewhere else, where would you be? I'll second some place warm (it's snowy here!!!) with LO and SO.

1. Age 17. I moved out when I was 16 but actually did a decent job of it by the time I was 17. That being said, I still look around sometimes and think, "holy crap, I am such a grown-up!"
2. A glass of wine, it's white which is kind of disappointing, but I'll deal.
1. I'm 27, and the feeling waxes and wanes for me. I think I started to feel it more often when I started my grown-up job with benefits at around 24. It was (and sometimes is) weird for me that other people leave me in charge of teenagers. I often want to say "Wait! Help! We need an adult!" and then realize it's supposed to be me.
2. Air. I'm sitting sideways on my couch with the wall to my right and the air to my left. There's a blanket, I guess?
3. I would be right exactly where I am, but without the leftover migraine bits and overall body ache I am experiencing. Snowboarding is so fun, but I sometimes pay for it the next day. I think the altitude changes are hard on my system. Plus, all the falling and smashing.
1. I moved to Boston after college and was really on my own without any financial support from my parents for the first time. I got my first professional job and bought a new car. That all made me feel like an adult. It still shocks me that I am an adult somedays.
2. My water bottle.
3. On a beach somewhere or on a nice long bike ride.
