Has anyone used the Honest Company regularly for diapers?

We ordered a free sample from the honest company and they seem to be a good company to have diapers sent to you every month from.   However we are not set on them, I think once the baby is born we will have to determine how many diapers we go through a month and see which a cheaper, store bought diapers or the honest company. Just was wanting to hear if anyone has used them and likes them.

We mainly use cloth but have used those when we use disposables. They are pretty good. Better than 7th generation in my opinion. But since we don't use them all the time I haven't done the subscription and since they are harder to find in store we have ended up in pampers a lot lately when traveling.

I think diapers are kind of personal preference what works and what doesn't. Honest prob aren't the cheapest (I've heard good things about the target brand) but if you are going for them cuz they are scent and chemical free-ish they are a good choice.

You (parents) go into it thinking "Id like to shop for brands before baby, make a comptent decision based on priority factors ($,enviroment,convenience, whatever) Then when LO gets here we'll be stocked and prepared" Well then the tidal wave of newborn hits, they gap and leak, they are too tight, they dontfit quite right under clothing, baby gets a rash from this or that brand, babester is too pudgy for this brand, or slim for that brand, some seem too scenty or perfumey you realize youve spent a college education on the non bleached ones, in a moment of desperation you buy a pack any pack at a gas station, you have 100 extra newborn sz in the closet and NONE in the size you actually need.

In other words, so much depends upon your little chap or gal- I think huggies fit my boy well, and didnt leak as bad, are pretty universally found anywhere (IE Costco) I heard lots of good feedback re: Target brand, but they were not great overnighters for the super soaker here. I personally would buy small packs of the ones I felt strongest about then go in whole boxes for the ones you like.

As with so many parenting things, diapers, bottles, paci, swings- highly variable and impossible to predict, and just when youve got it down-it all changes.

We started with Pampers for our son. Then they changed the formula and babies were getting chemical burns, so we switched to Huggies. We used them for quite awhile before switching to Target Brand diapers because they were cheap and worked just fine.

We never did a subscription service. Just picked them up at the store when we ran low.

We've stocked up on Pampers sensitives. However, anywhere will trade/take in these boxes unopened, so even if the boy doesn't like them (or any other reason) we know we can make a trade.
I looked into Honest co. What I've read is: cute patterns, better than traditional disposables for the environment, chem/dye/perfume free if thats important to you, not great for overnights and slightly more expensive than regular.
I'll be signing up for the trial when we're a little closer to the wee man's arrival, but I highly doubt we'll stick with it - unless we fall in LOVE.

We've done cloth and disposables. We use Amazon mom and Amazon prime and get our diapers shipped monthly to our house. I love it.

Off topic, but I used the baby bath and shampoo-- and I could not stand the smell. Not sure if it was a personal reaction or it does smell terrible, but check it out before you buy it. Fortunately,(sortof) my 4 yr old is prone to emptying any bottle he can into his bath in a second... so it was gone quickly, and I have no shampoo for my own hair.
