GTKY (sort of?): Prenatal vitamins

I use the Rainbow Light ones because they are both gluten and soy free. It was difficult to find a vitamin that was both. But I do wish that I could take gummies!

I take the Seeking Health Optimal Prenatal. I am hetero MTHFR, so I need ones with folate. Downside - it's 8 pills a day...

I take the GNC prenatal without iron. It's hard for me to find any multi-vitamin that is iron free.

I like that it does not have any artificial additives.

I take a Rx one...I'll have to see what the brand is later. I did have to start taking it at night because it was upsetting my tummy. Whaaaa...

heartbot The Rainbow Light ones I have can break open and you can pour the inside of it into a drink. I've never done it, but I was told that was perfectly fine. They aren't giant pills though anyway.

I'm taking the same right before bed and a B6 in the AM.  It's huge but I got use to it after a while.  My nails haven't looked better!

heartbot mine are also solid pills. They are on par with, or a bit smaller than, other PNVs that I have used in the past.

I take Vitafusion gummies. Mainly because I know I'm too lazy to get a glass of water to take them in pill form.

This is what I take also...and for similar reasons. Also, the pill form made me sick when I was pg the first time, I just didn't feel like switching.

for real though i take the wegmans brand gummies. I used to take Trader Joes Brand non-gummies but i like having a treat. The doc said they were all relatively the same and unless i had a special need i should be fine with the gummies.
