1. When was the last time you got good news? What was it? I just learned that I am getting more of an inheritance from my grandpa who just passed than I realized. This isn't entirely good news, because it is part of such awful news, but it is good news financially and I think that once I'm in a different emotional place it will feel like good news. He worked hard because he wanted to take care of his family and I am very very grateful to him. I've also had so much bad news lately that this was the best I could think of other than that SO got me tea and a muffin this morning...
2. Would you rather take a Historic, site-seeing vacation or a beachy Caribbean vacation? Beach please!!!
3. Tell us about a practical skill of yours that would be useful if we were all stranded on an island together. My charming sense of humor? I might get voted off the life boat, ha ha.

1. When was the last time you got good news? What was it? When I found out most of my family were coming over over Easter, a month ago, I think.
2. Would you rather take a Historic, site-seeing vacation or a beachy Caribbean vacation? Historic, site seeing holiday, I think. I love the beach, but I've also lived within fifteen minutes of one my whole life, so when I go on holiday, I'm not so bothered.
3. Tell us about a practical skill of yours that would be useful if we were all stranded on an island together. A friend of mine and I did a survival course a few years back just for the fun of it, but now I can do a fair amount of stuff. I can build a fire, a waterproof shelter, I can fish with a wooden spear and can tell deadly snakes and scorpions from non-deadly ones (in theory).
