1. If you could travel in time, would you rather travel forward or back in time? Why? Backward. I was pretty blessed growing up, and would love to have been more present around family to remember more. I wouldn't want to go forward at all. I don't want to know whats ahead and feel strongly it would change the course of your decisions and actions in the present.
2. What's a special dinner you make (or order or pick up....no judgement here)? Bonus points if you share the recipe in the recipe thread. K and I have a running joke that me making a ham, potatoes and carrots is special because she does 99% of the cooking. Important to note, she cooks because I'll eat anything, and I don't cook because she's picky.
3. What is your least favourite word? Moist. (also, kind of my favourite cause of the sheer nature and sound of it). kona, I kind of love the C word when it fits the situation.
1. If you could travel in time, would you rather travel forward or back in time? Why? Forward. I want to know what the earth is like in the future, both within the next couple of decades and in a few thousand years.
2. What's a special dinner you make (or order or pick up....no judgement here)? Bonus points if you share the recipe in the recipe thread. I don't really make 'special' dinners. If it takes longer than an hour to cook, I'm not making it. One of my favourites is basa curry though. I will post the recipe once I've found it, but I know you can't buy basa is certain states for some reason.
3. What is your least favourite word? Spunky. My step-mum uses it to describe 'quirky' people, but I think it sounds really vulgar.

1. If you could travel in time, would you rather travel forward or back in time? Why? Backward. I would love to see what life was like at different historical periods- ancient Rome, the Tudor period, the Regency period... I could go on, ha ha.
2. What's a special dinner you make (or order or pick up....no judgement here)? Bonus points if you share the recipe in the recipe thread. I have been so bad about cooking real meals lately. I made stove top mac and cheese last night, so I'll pretend that counts
3. What is your least favourite word? Any hate speech. The n-word, like officerofthelaw mentioned, but also the f-word used against LGBTQ folks, the r-word, etc. I'm all for folks taking these words back, but am generally uncomfortable hearing them, even in that context.
1. I would travel back in time so that I could see my father again 2. I don't really have a fav. But I do enjoy french onion soup. Mmmmmm 3. I don't really have one word that I really hate, but it kind of bugs me when people say things like.. "that's so gay" .. I usually reply with, "So it's happy? Sure doesn't seem like that would be happy...." And they look at me weird, and then realize what I'm doing.
1. To the future! I can't mess up the present if I go forward in time. Plus, I want to see Star Trek for realsies.
2. We make this very popular and amazing soup: squash, apple, ginger, yams. Yum yum. Recipe is in the recipe thread. We also do an amazing pumpkin chocolate chip pancake from scratch. Mmmmm. We are definitely having pancakes for dinner tonight....
3. I hate the word "faggot." Such a massive trigger for me. I've worked with kids who used it as an insult for each other A TON. But, after I came out to them, they dialed it back. I was impressed. Good boys.
