1. What store do you visit most often? I would say Albertson's
2. What made you smile today? (Or yesterday if you haven't smiled yet today) I told my cocker Spaniel (Sophia) Happy Birthday (she is 9 today) and she just jumped up on me and it made me smile:)
3. What is (one or a few of) your favourite book(s) of all time? I would have to say Daring To Fail- It is about Criminal Justice Reforms
1. What store do you visit most often? I would have said Target... but I think the grocery store wins this one. K prefers to shop every day and eat fresh food, so we (or one of us) is there every day or every other day at a minimum.
2. What made you smile today? (Or yesterday if you haven't smiled yet today) K loves donuts and I found out about a new gourmet place in town. On my way home from work I went and bought her a dozen to surprise her. When I got home, she'd bought me my version of donuts... fresh spring flowers. Some days... life reminds you that you're exactly where you're supposed to be.
3. What is (one or a few of) your favourite book(s) of all time? I read a lot of mystery/crime. Twenty Seven Bones by Jonathan Nasaw is my favourite, but his stuff his all great.
1. What store do you visit most often? Trader Joes and Target.
2. What made you smile today? (Or yesterday if you haven't smiled yet today) Owen was in a "downward dog" position trying to put his foot in his mouth. Eeeek.
3. What is (one or a few of) your favourite book(s) of all time? Harry Potter books, I also loved the Robert Jordan Wheel of Time series.
1. Definitely the grocery store. I am there a minimum of once a week, sometimes more. Our local grocery store is called Giant, and the one by us is huge, has a great produce section, a great organic/whole food section, a Starbucks and a little café inside. It also has a gas station in the parking lot, and you earn points on your Giant card with every purchase that can be used at the end of the month for money off of each gallon of gas. I am currently up to $1.40 off of each gallon of gas that will expire at the end of April, so this weekend one of our cars will be filled up for about $1 per gallon. Yay!
2. I played with William for a few minutes this morning after my Lupron shot before I finished getting ready for work. When I got up to go back to the bathroom to finish getting ready he clung to my leg and said "mama" and laughed. I am glad he didn't cry when I left the room (that has been happening some times), but I am also glad that in his silly/goofy way we acknowledged that he didn't want me to go.
3. East of Eden and A Handmaid's Tale are my all time favorites. Followed shortly thereafter by Gone with the Wind and The Harry Potter series (sorry, I can't help it!)
This GTKY you should be themed: Things I don't want to admit to!
1. What store do you visit most often? Since I'm in a vanpool for work the only shopping I do is Costco with my wife on the weekends. So I hate to admit it- but Costco!
2. What made you smile today? (Or yesterday if you haven't smiled yet today) Had lunch with a coworker today and we had some good laughs over other coworker antics!
3. What is (one or a few of) your favourite book(s) of all time? This is another question i HATE to admit... but I loved the Twilight books... I know, they are terribly written- i can't help it.

Where do u live? Stop and shop and giant usually have the same gas rewards. I scored by buying Clorox last week and ice cream this week... Spent $16 with coupons got 800pts! I got a dollar off too! Your giant sounds upscale compared to the ones I've been to (giant and giant foods both)

Ahhh, so many things I am liking in everyone's responses!
1. What store do you visit most often? Grocery store for sure. We plan to go once a week, but often end up stopping at least one other time for something we forgot or didn't know we needed. I my co-op!
2. What made you smile today? (Or yesterday if you haven't smiled yet today) I am going to share a few because I've had a rough time recently, but several things made me smile today #1 SO wanted to move into a different position at her company and she just found out today that she'll be able to be full time in her new role by August! She also won't have to take a pay cut like she thought she would (but it was worth it because the role will be more fulfilling). Yay! #2 LO helped me make dinner. So cute. #3 I've been getting love and support from some co-workers/friends and it feels wonderful to know that I have such an awesome community around me
3. What is (one or a few of) your favourite book(s) of all time? His Dark Materials are my absolute favorite of all time!! The Golden Compass, The Subtle Knife, The Amber Spyglass. Those books changed my life when I first read them. I wrote my undergrad senior thesis analyzing them and comparing to some renaissance literature. If it had been up to only me, LO would probably be named Lyra. I'm surprised I don't have a tattoo from them yet, although I've considered "Every atom of me, every atom of you." Love these books!!!
1. The store I visit most often is for sure the grocery store. Other than that and the occasional Costco trip, we don't shop a ton. (Unless Amazon counts.) But we do find a lot at the Gap. Sweetie buys masculine clothing, but is 5'2" and gets some great tops in the boys section at Gap Kids. I get some staples: skirts, jeans, dresses, etc. for work there. On sale, of course.
2. I smiled today because my kitty slept on my belly while I took my micro-nap on the couch before work. She was so happy and fluffy and purring. I was a little later to work than I'd like, but it was worth it.
3. I love Terry Pratchett. All of his Discworld books are precious to me. They are some seriously cuddled, bent, slept on, well-loved books. Some of my formative books were the Chronicles of Narnia, books by Tamora Pierce and Ender's Game.
